Brandon Woolford is the heart and soul of TLSG. Over the past 20 years he has put together an advisory board of industry professionals who have expertise in a wide array of IT and technological based industries including professional services, software development, technology services, sales, marketing, interactive development, design, and more.
 Brandon first started out recruiting more than 20 years ago, and has been successfully match making candidates with employers ever since. His human resources, managerial, and consulting experience are a big part of the reason that he has been able to get TLSG to where they are today. His key skills include talent management, creating individual development plans, building competency framework, assessing and selecting learning needs, and performance based reviews and evaluations.
