Chris Sutton is President at Flagler Global Logistics which is South Florida's largest industrial real estate developer. In this capacity, Mr. Sutton leads Flagler's planning and operational activities across the full spectrum of real estate development throughout its core land portfolio. Since 2013, Flagler has developed over 6.5 million square feet of Class-A distribution warehouse buildings having a value of over $1 billion. Flagler's development team has completed several nationally recognized transactions and has received the prestigious Developer of the Year award from the South Florida chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Prior to joining Flagler in 2009, Mr. Sutton served in various industrial brokerage capacities at market-leading global real estate advisory firms such as CBRE and The Staubach Company. He also served 6 years as an infantry officer in the United States Army. Mr. Sutton is a licensed Florida real estate broker, member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and earned his Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy (West Point) in 2000.

James A. Hoener oversees all legal affairs for Flagler Global Logistics (FGL) as they relate to real estate development, land, and asset sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, Mr. Hoener previously served as Assistant General Counsel of FGL's parent company, Florida East Coast Industries (FECI), where his involvement spanned across FECI and its subsidiary real estate, transportation and infrastructure businesses. Prior to joining FECI in 2001, Mr. Hoener was with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP, a New York-based law firm, where he provided legal advice relating to the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of commercial real property. Mr. Hoener earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, and Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.
