We have our own in-house maintenance team of highly skilled and professional tradesman plus we use local services. You simply call our office and we will arrange the maintenance for you. Our after-hours, on call team will make sure you get help if there is an emergency... Our team works together across all departments to be flexible, adaptable and to give 100% effort for the greater good of our company and tenants. We have fun, and work hard to create a community that we would all want to live in... We recognized that renters wanted to feel safe, secure, and welcomed in their home or place of business. This meant purchasing the right properties, then renovating, and improving them to a consistent standard. As our company and portfolio evolves and grows, so does our experience, our community and our team. We own and manage over 230 doors in Grande Prairie and we are looking forward to the upcoming growth in our future.
