REALMARQ

RealMarq is a small, privately held, real estate services company founded in 1988. In the 1980's the usual process of getting a commercial retail project from site identification to open store was accomplished by corporate in-house employees. Times were changing. Retail expansion goals were increasing. Government entitlements, i.e. planning, zoning and permitting, were becoming more complex.
