My name is Alicia. I was born and raised in Maine. I love working at Schoodic Animal Hospital as it is small and very client oriented. I look forward to gaining more experience and learning different things as time goes on! I currently live in Waltham, ME with my boyfriend, dog Nova, and 2 cats Luna and Stella.

Dr. Jenny Rees

Dr. Jenny is the most dedicated professional for all the special animals that come her way. I do private rescue and all my animals come and go from this wonderful caring hospital. Her staff is very dedicated. Compassion is here at Schoodic Animal Hospital. Excellent. A graduate of UPEI Atlantic Veterinary College in 1998, Dr. Rees has been with the Schoodic Animal since 2001. Dr. Rees strives to offer progressive and high-quality medicine to her patients. She has an interest in feline medicine, dentistry and geriatrics. Dr. Rees lives in Hancock with her husband William, and three cats Pris, Homes, and Teagan.

Dr. Kate Connor

Dr. Kate Connor received her undergraduate education in Animal Sciences at the University of Florida where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Minor in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences. She attended the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011 and pursued a dual-degree PhD (Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences) and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Kate also holds certificates in Marine Mammal and Fisheries Medicine from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Kate Connor is a Florida Keys native with strong roots in New England. Her grandparents had a small farm in New Hampshire and she spent summers and many family vacations enjoying New Hampshire. She met and married her husband (a NH native and veterinarian) a veterinary school classmate, then relocated to New Hampshire following veterinary school. After ten years of private small animal practice, Dr. Connor has joined us with special interests in client education, canine and feline internal medicine, nutrition and surgery. Dr. Connor spends her free time with her husband and children fishing, boating, hiking, and skiing. Her animal family includes dogs, cats, chickens and rabbits.

Dr. Patrick Connor

Dr. Patrick Connor is a New Hampshire native. He received his Animal Science degree from the University of New Hampshire, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his DVM degree from the University of Florida, where he and his wife were classmates. Dr. Connor has been practicing companion animal and large animal medicine in New Hampshire since 2011, focusing primarily on small animal surgery, internal medicine and preventative healthcare. Dr. Connor and his family have recently moved to the area and are excited to explore all that Maine has to offer! They have three small children who all enjoy the outdoors, the ocean and animals of any variety.
