Adam Glentworth appointed as the youngest Children Panel Solicitor in England and Wales
Adam is a Solicitor specialising in Family Public Law and is an Accredited Member of the Law Society Children Panel of England and Wales.
Amy is the Practice Manager based at our Scunthorpe office.
Amy has worked at Pepperells since leaving college and now has more than 20 years' experience working at the firm. Amy has carried out numerous roles within Pepperells, starting as an office Junior in 1993 Amy has gained her experience through work.
In 1995 she saw a move in to accounts and became Accounts Manager in 2002 and has dealt with all aspects of accounts from cashbooks, petty cash, credit control, billing, purchase ledger and legal aid claiming.
Amy is now the Practice Manager at the Scunthorpe office and the firm's Legal Aid Representative which involves liaising with the Legal Aid Agency regarding our Contracts ensuring that Pepperells can continue to provide legal services to a wider range of clients.
Amy also continues to be involved with the ISO9001 and Lexcel accreditations and provides good support and guidance to ensure the staff continue to maintain Pepperells reputation for excellent client care and compliance.

Andrew is an Accredited Police Station Representative who works across the Humber.
Andrew has more than 20 years' experience in dealing with all aspects of criminal defence work ranging from murder and manslaughter, other serious violence, rape and sexual offences including historical complaints, cases of dishonesty, complex drug cases and serious road traffic cases.
He is part of a team which offers a depth of expertise across all types of criminal cases, from pre-charge advice through to appeal.
Andrew's role within the team includes assisting the solicitors' and advocates in the preparation of clients defence cases for hearing in the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court, he also regularly instructs Counsel to represent defendants in serious cases.
Angie is an assistant in the property team working closely with senior members of the team.
Angie has more than 25 years' experience as a legal assistant. She has proved extremely versatile having worked in several areas of law including civil, personal injury, family and now property and commercial.
Angie is very experienced and provides invaluable support and knowledge to the directors and other members of the department.
Assisting with all aspects of residential property, commercial property and commercial law, Angie supports solicitors and clients in matters ranging from residential conveyancing through to complex commercial property and business transactions.
Ben is a paralegal specialising in Family Public Law. He is currently gaining experience by working on cases that involve issues such as neglect, substance misuse, non-accidental injuries and sexual abuse.
Ben is available at the end of the telephone where he offers support and advise to clients who are involved in care proceedings at what can be a very stressful time. He also assists other fee earners in the general progression of matters.
Ben is enrolled in our in house training program and hopes to obtain a training contract and ultimately qualify as a solicitor in the very near future.

Integrated Masters of Law in Law and Legal Practice (Exempting)- (Upper (Second-Class Honours at undergraduate and Pass at Postgraduate levels) - Leeds Beckett University- 2023
Ben runs Pepperells as chief executive and represents high net worth individuals and corporations in all areas of law
Ben has been chief executive since the firm was incorporated in May 2017 but took over as managing partner in 2009. He has driven two takeovers of other law firms and overseen the development of two branch start-ups.
He has been the compliance officer for Legal Practice, Finance and Accounts since 2013.
Ben works with businesses as a strategic advisor, and is a specialist in company and contractual disputes and litigation. He also has a client base of high-net worth individuals and deals with divorce and separation, TOLATA claims, Inheritance Act claims and contentious Wills and Probate disputes.
Charlotte works across a number of Pepperells business units predominantly in the Scunthorpe branch in Private Client.
Charlotte has worked for Pepperells across numerous departments for several years, gaining experience and expertise in a number of disciplines.
