Our work is based around three core principles: policy, research and engagement. We make representations to policymakers at local and national level, publish thought leadership research and host a wide range of events to help our members stay engaged, connected and informed... We are a not-for-profit advocacy group representing over 240 members from across Westminster's built environment. Our membership is diverse and covers the full spectrum of the industry, including commercial, retail and residential sectors... Our principal focus continues to be planning and economic development policy in Central London and we maintain excellent working relationships with members and officers of Central London's local authorities.
