Jacqui McIntosh is currently College Development Manager for Francesco Group. Her role is to develop a commercial graduate salon within Further Education learning environments. Ensuring all Learners gain a true commercial working experience as they would within any professional salon establishment. Jacqui is also Director of Education for Avlon Industries (Europe) Avlon is a product manufacturer based in Chicago USA. Responsible for R&D testing contributing towards innovative product development co-ordinating and supporting Artistic and Technical educators and developing UK Education including writing education programs in the technical fields of: Haircutting Colour Chemical Relaxers Style and Texture

Michelle Thompson's high-energy approach to her craft gives her the drive to achieve much in her career. Michelle displays a strong talent for working with both excessively curly hair and caucasian hair types. In 2004 Michelle stepped up to the challenge of teaching and now teaches specialist course around the world. Michelle teaches cutting at all levels from classic to creative cutting and many aspects of Afro hairdressing including relaxing, styling, long hair and finishing to name a few. She is qualified as an NVQ Assessor and is a member of HABIA's (Hairdressing and Beauty Industry Association) Skills Team. Michelle is a natural teacher who clearly enjoys passing on her knowledge to others particularly in Excessively curly hair "I love that moment when students get over their preconceptions of Curly hair and realise it's just a different texture, nothing more. Removing the fear and helping professionals add another string to their bow is a great motivation for me," says Michelle. Whilst currently being the creative director of the 4th largest hairdressing group in the Uk, Michelle is instrumental in creating PR imagery for the group, course development and maintaining current, creative standards and trends. This includes standards between 32 salons, 4 training academies and 16 graduate salons within independent Further education colleges across the country. Michelle has had outstanding success in awards and competitions and has presented on stage for Wella Trend Vision finals, Wella exposure, Avlon Europe, Salon International and The Fellowship for British Hairdressers to name a few. She has won many titles and nominations including British Afro hairdresser of the year 2009 at the schwartzkopf proffessional british hairdresser of the year competition. winner of the whal black beauty and hair competition where she has won northern stylist of the year for 3 consecutive years in a row and was finalist for Midlands and Afro hairdresser of the year for the British hairdessing awards 2013. Michelle really enjoys competition work as she feels that it keeps her skills current and perspective fresh, two things that in turn benefit her students. Michelle has also had a wealth of experience in constructing and creating themes for hairshows .She was the creative director behind the hurricane hairshow for Avlon Europe at the black beauty and hair awards in 2009 and the new classiqe show at the sensationell awards 2010 and was the creative director behind the scenes of the South African big brother amplified 2011 and 2012. Michelle was also responsible for the creative vision behind contestants taking part in Nigerias Niga sings 2011.

Samantha Golding is an inspirational and dynamic businesswoman. She began her hairdressing career in 1988. She then started her own business with funding from the Princess Trust in 1993. Since then, Samantha has gone from strength to strength. For the last seven years, she has been an educator for the Avlon industries and delivered education in the UK, Europe and the USA. Her knowledge and experience has enabled her to have a clear perception of the strength and weaknesses within the hairdressing sector. She has also formed a professional relationship with Salon Advantage, which specialises in Software package for the Hairdressing industry. This has helped her to understand the training and development needs for the sector. In addition, Samantha has played a key role in developing the first UK national and international African type Hairdressing standards. Launched as a new qualification in the UK in 2009. Samantha's achievement has been outstanding and she has won a number of awards from the hairdressing and community sector in recognition of her commitment to the industry.
