South Florida is ground zero for foreclosures. In this booming foreclosure market a large percentage of residential properties sold monthly in the tri-county area are investment grade, foreclosed with discounts below market value. Her expertise and ability to effectively handle a multitude of varied responsibilities, is the "glue that holds it all together", allowing the other leaders within the company to focus specifically on their vital primary job duties.
Janeth has a diverse financial background and has been involved in over $60 million of real estate acquisition, construction, development and disposition activities in the real estate industry. Janeth has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting at Northern Arizona University.
