Dawnita Castle is the Chief Financial Officer for Castle Family Health Centers, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for the overall financial management, which includes accounting, audit and compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Edward H. Lujano is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for both Bloss Memorial Health Care District and Castle Family Health Centers, Inc. He graduated from California State University Fresno in 1984 with his Bachelors Degree in Accounting. In 2004 Lujano received his Master Degree in Business Administration and has completed his Doctorial in Business Administration on July 2012. Lujano is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership for both the District and Castle Family Health Centers Inc. Lujano most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Valley Health Team, Inc., a Federally Funded Community Health Center serving, the rural communities of Fresno County. Lujano has held the CFO position for over 20 years serving other community health centers during that time. Lujano has been instrumental in strategic planning, financial planning & analysis, technology & system integration, grant writing, and audit & compliance. Lujano brings to the organizations many years of health care experience, along with fiscal management and opportunities of growth in existing and new services. With his passion for serving the community, and a proven record of success both organizations have seen considerable growth in program expansions, and net revenues never realized before. Lujano has received recognition from various city organizations in his contributions in creating new health care access points in the areas of Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health, Optometry, Women's Health, Workers Compensation, and Pediatrics. Lujano was appointed member of the Merced County Health Care Consortium in 2006 where he now serves as the elected chairperson. Lujano also is a member of the Atwater Rotary, Merced Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Atwater Chamber of Commerce, and is a wish grantor for the Central Valley Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Peter Mojarras - COO

Peter Mojarras is the Chief of Operations for Castle Family Health Centers, Inc. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration from California State University Fresno in 1993. He holds a Master's Degree in Education with a Counseling Credential. He has completed coursework for a Master's Degree in Public Health. Mojarras has 22 years of experience as a Chief Operations Officer. He served as the Ambulatory Care Manager for a local hospital. Prior to this, he was a staff analyst manager for the Fresno County Public Health Department.

Sabrina Cooksey - CHRO

Sabrina Cooksey has been with Castle Family Health Centers for over 19 years, developing with the organization from its early days as Bloss Memorial Healthcare Dist. She is responsible for all human resources functions including benefits, classification, compensation, employer relation, recruitment and staffing. Sabrina was named Director of Human Resources of CFHC in 1998. Prior to 1998, she was the Human Resources Asst. for CFHC She transformed the department into a productive and personable department. This includes the implementation of an employee recognition program, competitive benefit package and assited with the upgrade of the payroll technology. Cooksey has had a wide variety of specific training in the field of human resources. She is currently continuing her education with California Coast University and is majoring in Business administration. Sabrina has the ability to identify organizational concerns and provides a proactive approach for intervention and/or change. Sabrina's principal role is to provide services that facilitate efficient and effective recruitment, development and retention of well-qualified employees. Sabrina supports CFHC overall mission of providing high-quality health care delivery to our patients. With a vast background in Human Resources, a strong professional approach to her delivery of services, as well as the ability to handle issues under pressure, Sabrina endeavors to meet the challenges of an ever changing organization. Sabrina Cooksey is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the California Chamber of Commerce.
