With a working background in residential energy, Aarnav joined Choice Energy's energy procurement team to assist large market clients with their energy procurement needs.
In his free time, Aarnav enjoys both playing and watching basketball, and is always happy to chat about the sport. Aarnav is currently studying at The University of Melbourne, majoring in Accounting and Finance.

Our Executive Director and co-founder, Alan, is a charismatic leader and family man who cares about people. He has a proven track record for inspiring and developing teams at Salesforce.com, Symantec and DELL, where he was a director before Choice Energy. Ask him about something his 4-year-old son said recently; there's always a hilarious anecdote from last week!
Alex is a commerce graduate from Deakin University, with a major in marketing, which inspired a keen interest in sales and account management. Alex brings with him an extensive background in customer service spanning nearly 10 years, powered by a love for helping others and providing the best experience possible. Outside of work and study you'll find Alex watching and playing many sports. In particular cricket, AFL (Richmond) and Soccer (Leeds United).
Bree is a highly motivated marketing and communications professional with a successful background in providing expertise across strategic marketing & communication, PR and event management. Her eight years of experience extends across higher education, government, arts, travel, and now, energy. In her spare time, she loves being in the outdoors, learning new skills and travelling.

Chris has extensive experience in the diverse energy industry campaigns committed to delivering high-level business energy consulting services with strong focus and passion in key areas; identifying client needs to provide effective energy cost-reduction solutions, always delivering best customer experience outcomes and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. Away from the office, he is also a professional musician (drums and percussion) and teaches the art of drumming when he can. Chris loves meditation, food and cooking, cardio and quality downtime with friends.
With over 15 years of management experience across three continents, Chris has a passion for developing teams and making things happen. Chris came up with Choice Energy's business model and co-founded our company after identifying a gap in the market to help business use less and also pay less for the power they do use.
Our COO Daniela brings a wealth of big-ticket experience to Choice Energy including acting as project lead for businesses across APAC, NZ and Europe with the goal of integrating several functionalities across HR, IT, Marketing & OH&S departments. Candidate care stands out in Daniela's portfolio after receiving awards in both Australia and Asia internationally. In her spare time, Daniela loves to travel with her husband and spend time with her cat Archie.
Dave is a passionate salesperson dedicated to helping businesses optimise their operations. With extensive experience across publishing and events for the construction and energy sectors, the move to renewables has been a natural transition. In his spare time, Dave enjoys AFL, cricket, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.
With over 11 years' experience in energy services and extensive knowledge in the commercial space, David is one of our senior energy consultants. Personally, he is a highly motivated individual who values trust and long-term relationships. In his spare time, David enjoys family time, social and competitive golf. He loves starting his day off with a session in the gym followed by a cold shower.

With a background in education and over 20 years of experience in a broad range of customer focused roles in financial services and property, David has built a reputation of being able to deliver positive experiences and outcomes for thousands of clients. Away from the office, he is a passionate rugby league fan, loves anything outdoors and most importantly spending time with his partner, family and friends. In his role, David assists with helping to deliver value and energy savings to prospective clients.
With nine years' experience in the energy industry, Deanne's strengths are her attention to detail, initiative and perseverance. As Choice Energy's longest-serving employee, she is passionate about helping her clients save on power costs in a holistic way. In her spare time, Deanne loves staying healthy and fit and spending time by the ocean.
Debbie is a seasoned marketing professional with over two decades of B2B experience. She brings marketing, communications and content expertise after honing her skill sets in the IT and utilities industries. She's passionate about bringing value to customers and helping them reach sustainability goals. She enjoys running, riding, latin dancing and writing.
Dominic is a driven and motivated person in regards to helping the SME market achieve the goal of having more money in their back pockets. Three years of working within a gym industry has really helped Dominic develop his customer service skills and yearning to help people change their lifestyle. When not at work, Dominic loves anything to do with sports and spending time with his two dogs, Nugget and Tess.
An experienced CPA, Dugald has more than 20 years' experience working as an accountant, many of which were spent in the energy retail and solar industry. Dugald has extensive expertise in financial process design, financial analysis, pricing and treasury management. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his young family, playing golf and following his numerous sporting teams.
Felipe is an accomplished analytical thinker and problem solver equipped with more than five years of working within multi-dimensional, multi-divisional and multi-site enterprise brands. Equipped with a Master of Professional Accounting & Financial Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration, he is a stickler for quality and has a passion for continuous improvement. Calm under pressure, no task is too difficult for Felipe.
Hayden is a driven sales professional with experience in supply chain working across a range of customers from various industries. Hayden is passionate about helping others and relishes opportunities to learn from helping customers achieve their goals. A true Aussie at heart, he enjoys AFL in winter, Cricket in summer and time at the beach with family and friends.
Jackson has worked in the energy industry for over 10 years. He takes pride in his ability to connect with clients on a humanistic level and is driven by helping businesses. He is warm, relatable and consistently delivers the best results for his clients. In his spare time, he loves extreme sports and entertaining friends and family with a seafood barbecue.
As a Senior Energy Consultant, James is tasked with supporting businesses to better their bottom line and keep their operational costs low. With extensive experience in customer service, James is passionate about delivering great outcomes for all his clients. Outside of work, James enjoys spending his time cooking even though he admits he is no masterchef and could benefit from cooking lessons. He's also passionate about travelling, especially off-grid and remote travel.

Karen has been Choice Energy's Payroll and Accounts Manager for over 6 years, and during that time she has been hugely inspired by how talented the team are in their respected fields. Karen is the proud grandmother of 6 beautiful grandchildren whom she adores. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, going to nice restaurants and being near the sea.
Keith is recognised as a dedicated and enthusiastic leader, he is also committed to driving sustainable business growth by forming strategic partnerships, establishing rapport with key stakeholders, and maintaining a high level of project efficiency and productivity.
Lachlan is a highly motivated sales management professional committed to providing the highest quality commercial and industrial energy solutions to the Australian and New Zealand markets. Lachlan has extensive experience in the world of sales, corporate finance, and international business after completing his MBA in the United States. With 9 years of experience in the Energy Industry, from door-to-door sales to C&I operations Mariel has a broad knowledge of the retail energy market. Mariel has a strong focus on accuracy and supporting the sales teams. Outside of work you can find her spending her free time with her family and friends enjoying everything Melbourne has to offer.
Originally from an IT background, Maryanne has worked on many diverse projects over the years. Her main passion is the improvement of business processes to elevate efficiency, productivity, customer service, and operational effectiveness. She is an organizer at heart and for that we love her!
Mason has spent his whole working career in sales and customer service background, with 7 years experience in the energy industry alone. He is highly motivated and passionate about providing the best customer experience, and exploring all possible avenues for potential savings for his customers. In his downtime you'll normally find Mason in his garage teaching music, as he loves to play the bass guitar and drums.
Matilda is a seasoned sales and administrative officer with six years of customer service experience. She joined Choice Energy as Sales Support to help customers and the Sales team in daily operations. She brings four years of sales experience at Apple. Matilda's strengths are her time management, attention to detail and positive attitude. She enjoys painting and hanging out with friends and family.

Born in Hobart Tasmania, Patrick's youth was mainly spent outdoors riding bikes, skating, hanging at the beach or going GeoCaching. Having recently graduated from RMIT in Sustainable Business, Patrick feels very lucky to have studied something he is passionate about. Throughout his studies, Patrick worked in hospitality and as a result, has developed a love for cooking. Patrick also likes to spend time with his friends or family in the park in his free time.
Besides being a CEC accredited solar designer with six years experience' in the energy industry, Paul's strengths are his attention to detail, patience and adaptability. In his spare time he enjoys trivia quizzes and loves learning random facts about the world.
Peter is the onsite team leader for Choice Energy solar installations. He is accredited by the Clean Energy Council to design and install quality solar systems for our clients and is also a qualified electrician.
Sara brings over eight years of retail energy industry experience and extensive knowledge in the commercial space. She is passionate about building a rapport with her customers, going the extra mile to help them reduce energy costs and provide the best offerings. Sara enjoys building her health and fitness, cooking and spending time with friends.
Scott proudly supports Residential and SMEs to tailor solar solutions to their unique needs. With an impressive sporting background, Scott brings his team spirit and dedication to his Choice Energy customers. In his spare time, you'll find Scott playing tennis, golf or working hard to achieve success with his current club, Avondale FC.
Sushen is a hard working sales professional with 10 years experience in multiple industries. Sushen is passionate about understanding peoples needs and helping people achieve their goals. Outside of work Sushen is passionate about fitness and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
