John Li is an experienced senior executive, entrepreneur, coach, and associate on the ground in Asia for Everett Solutions. With 30 years' experience in senior leadership roles in IT, Engineering, and Consumer Products, for Fortune 100 companies such as Hewlett Packard, Infor and Siemens, and global golf leaders Acushnet and Mizuno, John brings a wealth of business knowledge and connections. John was the founder and CEO of Zisco - NCS, a business that achieved national coverage with established branches in Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, and Guangzhou. The company was later acquired by National Computer Systems, the largest IT firm in Singapore in 2000. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. John currently provides executive coaching services for executives in Greater China and throughout Asia Pacific. His coaching focuses on specific strategies to approach the job market, how to identify value creation opportunities and demonstrate leadership abilities. He coaches locals and expats how to improve results through customer value, build value-based client relationships, and develop the interpersonal skills and culture nuances necessary to succeed in the harsh markets of China and Asia Pacific. Zach Milkis is the lead Researcher at Everett Solutions. He graduated from Santa Clara University magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in English & Political Science, and is a member of the English and Political Science Honors Societies. Zach is an excellent writer and creative thinker and has been on the faculty of Foothill De Anza Community College working as a faculty tutor at the Teaching & Learning Center, where he provided reading and writing support to students on campus, taught academic and professional writing, critical thinking and communication skills, grammar and mechanics, rhetoric and argumentation, and helped non-native speakers improve fluency and command. Zach has a passion for social justice and has been an active member of Santa Clara community action programs. He currently lives in Santa Clara, where he enjoys playing and composing music, creative writing, filmmaking, and researching musical information.
