Impact Alamance is a proud part of the Cone Health network for exceptional care. As a supporting organization of Alamance Regional Medical Center, our investments are required to support the health system's mission of improving the health of the community. The foundation was founded in May 2013, as a result of Alamance Regional Medical Center's merger with Cone Health. The original $54 million investment is Cone Health's commitment to further improve the health of Alamance County... Impact Alamance is committed to measurably improving the health of our community in its strategic funding areas. We require grantees to have specific, measurable outcomes for each request. Data is collected from these outcomes every six months, or until the project is completed. Examples of measurable impact are shown in our annual reports...
