Over the past 2 decades, James has served in executive-level roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Dean of Finance & Administration for several organizations including Louisiana Technical College - New Orleans District, Second Harvest Food Bank of New Orleans and Choice Foundation, Inc. He has over 20 years of administrative experience and is considered and expert in the areas finance, accounting, human resources, grants management, tax consulting, facilities management, information technology, transportation management and food services. His efforts were recently recognized by Louisiana's Board of Elementary and Secondary Education as Choice Foundation received the Center of Excellence Award. His post-secondary education includes a bachelors degree in Accounting from Pittsburg State University (KS) and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans (LA).
