Mr. McFarlin is a North Country native and a graduate of Peru Central High School. After high school, he attended Lehigh University, receiving a degree in Economics. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, and began his career practicing criminal defense in New York City. Later, Mr. McFarlin practiced law out of northern New Jersey representing clients in New York City and New Jersey in numerous areas, such as commercial litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury, real estate, criminal defense, and more. He recently moved back to the North Country to develop his own practice and start a family. Mr. McFarlin's hobbies include skiing, tennis, golf, and boating. Mr. McFarlin currently lives in Plattsburgh, New York with his wife Renee.
