The NHS Transformation Unit was originally established in 2015 through the governance arrangements in Greater Manchester following the national reorganisation of the NHS, which led the team to largely support NHS organisations within Greater Manchester. However, from 2017 the organisation diversified its portfolio of work and the NHS Transformation Unit now supports health and care systems and organisations across England and on national level projects too... The NHS Transformation Unit is a team of experienced transformation professionals who offer a range of consultancy services that are tailored to the needs of each client.
