Amy Carter-Green

Amy is 3rd generation in the hearing industry. Having spent many years in both private and corporate business and growing up in the field Incorporates the vast knowledge she has been surrounded with during her life. Amy is also wax management accredited.

Anne Davis

Job Titles:
  • Administration & Accounts
Anne has spent the majority of her working career in the allied health industry, and transitioned into the hearing industry a couple of years ago. Anne currently manages the accounts department and also looks after day to day administration.

Brian Davis

Job Titles:
  • Systems Administrator
Brian has worked with us as our Systems Administrator since 2018. Although his main role is to maintain our computer system, he also looks after our quality assurance and workplace safety systems, and on some occasions, building maintenance. Brian enjoys spending his free time renovating his house and restoring his 70's trials motorbike

Mike Carter

  • Director, Audiometrist
Mike is an Audiometrist with over 50 years experience in the hearing industry and has owned businesses in both Australia & New Zealand. Mike is passionate about technology and the latest advances in hearing devices.

Rachel Oldfield

Job Titles:
  • Morningside Customer Service
Coming from customer service in the Allied Health field. Rachel is a long time local and has a real interest in local events and activities. Specialising in hearing device repairs and bluetooth connectivity. Rachel has now taken on studies in Audiometry

Sara Ibrahim

Job Titles:
  • Clinical Audiologist MaudA, BHSc, Dip HSC, Maud.
To me, being an audiologist is far more than prescribing and fitting hearing aids. Rather it is the significant impact I am able to make to someone's life by improving their hearing. Using empathy, communication and problem-solving, I have witnessed individuals restore relationships with their loved ones, reintegrate back into society and regain control over their life. This is what fulfils me.

Sarah Yott

Job Titles:
  • Customer Service
Over 18 years experience working in Customer Service and managing the Customer Service team for a hearing aid manufacturer. I was also the Customer Experience Ambassador for the Australian group where i was able to work on creating unique customer experiences for both our internal team and our clients. I have always had a great love for customer service especially in this industry where we can help and make such a difference to people's lives.
