Carol Cole

Carol Cole has been a Christian for 50 years and married for 48 of them. She has 3 married children and 5 grandchildren. Carol has worked mainly with children and young people and served as a church youth leader for 26 years. Starting her counsellor training in 1992, Carol accredited in 1996 and went on to qualify as a counselling supervisor. On moving to Dorset in 2002 Carol let her accreditation lapse but continues to counsel and care pastorally within her church, Emmanuel Baptist Church in Swanage, and in the surrounding community.

Josh Hepburn

Josh Hepburn is our IT administrator who looks after the website. He is a regular attendee of the churches within his local benefice. In his spare time he enjoys rebuilding an Austin 7 and looking after several colonies of honey bees.

Peter Gibson - Chairman

Peter Gibson is our Chairman. Living in north Dorset, he has been married to Anne for 46 years, has two children and four grandchildren. Peter trained as a mining engineer, working in in Africa for 13 years before returning to the UK to lecture at a Further Education college. He subsequently qualified as an accountant and became deputy principal in an FE college responsible for the non-academic functions. In 2001 Peter set up a small print business which his daughter now runs following his retirement in 2011. He has also served as a governor of an FE college for 8 years. Peter sees himself to be a Christian rather than a member of any particular denomination having worshipped in Baptist, Methodist and Anglican churches as well as AOG, New Frontiers and a ‘house church'. In which he has served variously as PCC member, treasurer, secretary, prayer minister, youth worker, pastoral carer, house group leader and building project manager. In addition to looking after his grandchildren Peter likes playing golf and spending time in the garden.

Rev. Anne Budgell

Rev. Anne Budgell is married to Keith, and has been a nurse, a counsellor and is now a non-stipendiary Anglican priest. Although no longer practicing as a counsellor, Anne has over 25 years counselling experience.
