Andrew Ludwig

Andrew Ludwig currently serves as vice president-Investor Relations for PPL. With over 15 years of experience serving in several financial roles in the power and utilities sector, Ludwig oversees PPL's day-to-day investor relations operations and serves as the company's primary spokesman with institutional investors and analysts. Ludwig rejoined PPL in August 2017 from Talen Energy Corporation, where he served as the head of investor relations for three years, developed the company's global investor relations program, and led strategic communications for financing and merger and acquisition activities. Prior to that, Ludwig had supported PPL investor relations since the corporation's acquisition of Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company in 2010. This support continued through PPL's $6.5 billion acquisition of additional assets in the United Kingdom in 2011. He first joined PPL in 2005 and advanced through several PPL business lines, including its global and competitive supply operations. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Muhlenberg College and is a member of the institution's Board of Associates. Ludwig serves on the Impact Council Committee of the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, which oversees the organization's investment strategies, assesses the impact its programs have on the community, and provides guidance to ensure optimum alignment with the organization's impact goals. Andrew W. Elmore

Andrew W. Elmore is PPL Corporation's vice president of Tax, a position he has held since September 2020. PPL's Tax Department is responsible for all aspects of PPL's income tax compliance and planning, tax accounting, and financial reporting for SEC and regulatory purposes. Prior to holding this position, Elmore was director-tax planning and compliance since 2016. In that role, Elmore was responsible for U.S. and international tax planning and oversaw the preparation and filing of all U.S. tax returns for PPL Corporation and its subsidiary companies. Elmore joined PPL in 2011 and served as director-international tax until he was promoted. Elmore has more than two decades of experience as a tax consultant and planner. Prior to joining PPL, Elmore was international tax director for Zimmer Holdings, Inc. in Warsaw, Indiana, from 2006 to 2011; internal tax manager for United Technologies Corporation in Hartford, Connecticut, from 2004 to 2006; and international tax manager for Deloitte & Touch, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, Elmore was an international tax consultant for Arthur Anderson, LLC from 1996 to 2000. Elmore earned a degree in French and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts in 1989. In 1993, he obtained his law degree from the University of Kentucky's College of Law. Elmore has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1993. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley since 2013. Angela K. Gosman - CHRO, EVP

Angela K. Gosman is executive vice president and chief human resources officer for PPL Corporation. She provides oversight and direction for human resources functions across PPL's family of companies. She oversees compensation; benefits administration; diversity, equity and inclusion; health and well-being; talent acquisition; organizational development; labor relations; HR business partners; and HR analysis. Prior to this role, Gosman had served as vice president-Human Resources for PPL Electric Utilities from May 2020 until July 2021. Prior to that, Gosman served as the director of Human Resources at PPL subsidiary Louisville Gas and Electric and Kentucky Utilities, a company she joined in 1986. In a career spanning more than 30 years, Gosman has served in a variety of human resources leadership roles. In her previous role in Kentucky, Gosman was responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of human resources strategy and management. She successfully incorporated data analytics in human resources to identify risks and opportunities. She is a proven collaborative professional with well-rounded experience in the utility industry and successful stints in Corporate, Generation, Gas, Distribution, Energy Marketing and Transmission at LG&E and KU. Over the course of her tenure, she has been involved in countless efforts of great significance, including system upgrades, union negotiations and expansion of organizational development programs. Gosman received her Bachelor of Science degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to relocating to Pennsylvania, Gosman served as first vice chair at Maryhurst, a youth social services organization in Louisville, and as chair on its HR Executive Committee. Angie McDonald Evans

Angie McDonald Evans is vice president and chief DEI officer for PPL. She is responsible for advancing PPL's enterprise-wide diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and commitments. Prior to her current role, she served as vice president of corporate responsibility and community affairs at PPL subsidiaries Louisville Gas and Electric and Kentucky Utilities since March 2018. In that role, she was responsible for leading community engagement and investments, and oversaw key corporate responsibility programs and grant-making processes. Prior to joining LG&E and KU in 2015, she held leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, with over 20 years of experience in human resources, philanthropy and finance. Evans is a graduate of Centre College and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law. She currently serves on the Centre College Board of Trustees and the boards of directors for Actors Theatre, American Printing House for the Blind, Bates Community Development Corporation, Community Foundation of Louisville, James Graham Brown Foundation and Women Influencing Louisville. In 2020, Evans was named a Woman of Distinction by the Center for Women and Families, and the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana presented their "Tough Cookie Award" to her for actively advocating for women and girls in the community. Christine M. Martin

Christine M. Martin is interim president of PPL Electric Utilities Corporation, the subsidiary that provides electric delivery services to 1.5 million customers in eastern and central Pennsylvania. PPL Electric Utilities operates and maintains a vast electric delivery system that spans 10,000 square miles and serves a population of more than 3 million. In her role, Martin provides executive leadership and strategic direction of public affairs, regulatory strategy and stakeholder engagement. She leads a team responsible for advancing legislative and regulatory initiatives that best position the company to deliver on its mission for customers and shareowners and advance a cleaner energy future. Martin joined PPL in June 2003. Prior to becoming interim president of PPL Electric Utilities in September 2023, Martin was PPL's senior vice president-Public Affairs and chief sustainability officer, overseeing the corporation's advocacy and policy development, corporate communications and sustainability efforts. Before coming to PPL, Martin was deputy secretary for water management in Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection, where she was responsible for statewide water resources management and policy. Martin also served as senior policy manager for environmental, infrastructure, energy and regulatory issues for Governors Tom Ridge and Mark Schweiker and as executive policy specialist for Governor Ridge. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/International Studies with minors in Economics and French from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Public Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. She also completed studies at the University of Nancy in France. A native of Pennsylvania, Martin serves on the board of the Public Affairs Council and co-chairs the Edison Electric Institute's ESG Committee. She is a member of the Steering Committee of the World Energy Council's U.S. Member Committee. She also serves on the Baum School Board of Trustees and on the boards of the PPL Foundation and the LG&E and KU Foundation. David J. Bonenberger

David J. Bonenberger is president of Rhode Island Energy, the largest electricity transmission and distribution and gas distribution provider in Rhode Island, serving more than 770,000 customers in 38 cities and towns. Bonenberger oversees all operations of Rhode Island Energy and he's a key leader in the PPL organization. Bonenberger has nearly four decades of energy industry experience. Bonenberger joined PPL in 1984 as assistant field office manager at PPL's Susquehanna nuclear power plant. Over the course of his tenure, he has held various positions in the corporate audit, financial, customer service and operations departments with increased levels of responsibility. He played a key role in the startup of the PPL EnergyPlus retail business and PPLSolutions in the unregulated markets. He has also served as vice president-Distribution Operations, general manager-Transmission & Substations, director of Distribution Operations and regional director of the utility's central region. Bonenberger is a member of several industry organizations, including the Edison Electric Institute's Preparedness & Recovery Executive Advisory Committee, the Electric Power Research Institute's Transmission Executive Advisory Committee, the Southeastern Electric Exchange Executive Engineering and Operations Committee, Association of Edison Illuminating Companies' Power Delivery Committee and he's Chair Emeritus of the EEI National Response Executive Committee.

David K. Arthur

In this role, Arthur oversees the corporation's advocacy and policy development, corporate communications and sustainability efforts. Francis X. Sullivan - COO, EVP

Francis X. Sullivan is executive vice president and chief operating officer of PPL Corporation, one of the largest investor-owned utilities in the United States. With four decades of experience in the energy industry, Sullivan is responsible for the overall performance of PPL's operations. Prior to becoming COO on Jan. 1, 2023, Sullivan had served since Oct. 1, 2021, as vice president-Operations Performance for PPL, focused on driving continuous improvement in operations and efficiency. Before joining PPL, he served as senior operations advisor for Kindle Energy LLC and as an independent consultant to the power sector. From 2008 to 2018, he was NRG Energy's senior vice president of operations, accountable for one of the largest portfolios of generation assets in the U.S. Sullivan holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Union College and a master's in business administration from Drexel University. John R. Crockett III

John R. Crockett III is president of LG&E and KU Energy, which serves nearly 1.3 million customers in Kentucky and Virginia. Louisville Gas and Electric and Kentucky Utilities provide electricity and natural gas service and operate about 7,500 megawatts of power generation. Crockett was named to his position in October 2021. As president, he is responsible for all matters of LG&E and KU Energy and serves as a key leader in the PPL organization. Crockett joined LG&E and KU in January 2018, serving as the company's general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary. In addition to his responsibilities for the company's Legal and Corporate Compliance departments, he also oversaw local, state and federal External Affairs, and Federal Regulatory and Policy. Prior to joining LG&E and KU, Crockett served nine years as the chairman of Frost Brown Todd, a firm with more than 500 lawyers in mid-America. At Frost Brown Todd, Crockett was responsible for driving the firm's growth and strategic planning, merger opportunities, and ancillary and new business ventures. During his 27-year tenure at the firm, Crockett focused primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, products liability and mass tort litigation, and has been honored by his peers in "The Best Lawyers in America®" for his work on commercial litigation and mass tort litigation/class actions from 2008 to 2018. In private practice, he represented LG&E and KU for many years in claims associated with the company's electric and gas operations. Crockett earned a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky. Crockett is highly involved in the community and currently is a trustee of the Gheens Foundation and a board member of the Speed Art Museum, Baptist Hospital Foundation, Greater Louisville Foundation and the Jefferson Community and Technical College Foundation.
