With over 28 years experience in this sector, Alan specialised in Mechanical Engineering and qualified as a Fitter, Plumber in 1996. Since then he has worked his way up through the ranks from foreman to Project Manager and on to Director of Quinn Downes Service & Maintenance. Throughout this time he managed major installation projects throughout Ireland. He joined Quinn Downes Group in 2011 and is responsible for ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards, on budget and on programme. He is also responsible for driving the service business across all business & market sectors. His Key responsibility is to manage and maintain clientele satisfaction, business development and finance. He has a great understanding of the business and knows that the key to improvement and growth is to keep enhancing business systems, develop and grow overall team capabilities and qualifications to allow Quinn Downes Service & Maintenance to continually improve our clients' experiences.

Alan is a building services engineer with an engineering degree from DIT Bolton Street. He graduated from Bolton Street in 2003. Over the years he has gathered a wealth of experience both national and international across a diversified project portfolio. He has been involved in some of the companies major projects and is able to lead all project sizes from coordination to commissioning. Alan is also involved in the estimation and procurement for projects where his practical experience allows the company to offer competitive tender quotes. In 2018 Alan became Financial Director and continues to ensure that the Quinn Downes Group offer their clients the very best service possible.

David started his career in the HVAC industry in 1996 when he commenced a Plumbing Apprenticeship from which he qualified in 2000. In 2001, he commenced work with Quinn Downes Ltd acting as a Tradesman and progressed to a Foreman's role looking after various projects in the Health, Commercial, Hospitality and Educational Sectors. In 2007, David became a Contracts Manager and in 2018 became the Operations Director for Quinn Downes Installation. David is responsible for the overall delivery of each project on time, within budget and to a high standard of installation.

Derek is Managing Director for the Quinn Downes Group responsible for business development, finance, health & safety and procurement. He has over 30 years experience in the industry and has been a Director responsible for the delivery of projects in practically every mechanical engineering sector from healthcare, education, hotel & leisure, data center, office, retail and public sector building's. He is a founder Director of Quinn Downes Mechanical Services Ltd in 1999 (now Quinn Downes Installation), Quinn Downes Service and Maintenance in January 2015 and Medimec Ltd in January 2017.

With over 24 years' experience, Paul specialised in Mechanical Engineering and qualified as a certified Refrigeration and Air-conditioning engineer. Since then he has worked on domestic, commercial and industrial installations including Intel and Microsoft and managed major Maintenance Contracts and projects throughout Ireland. He joined Quinn Downes Service & Maintenance in 2016 and is responsible for ensuring all Maintenance Contracts and projects are completed to the highest standards, on budget and on programme. Paul also has additional qualifications in engineering, training and facility management earning himself a great reputation within the industry. Paul has vast experience on installing, commissioning, servicing and maintaining Gas and Oil-fired boilers, AHU's, Chillers, Pumps, Fans, AC Splits, VRV systems, CCU's, Fan Coil units, DX Units, Extract systems, gas detection, refrigeration systems, BMS Systems along with all aspects of plumbing and mechanical systems. He also has vast experience working on large and small Data Centres and is a former council member of the Institute of Refrigeration Ireland.
