Beau Bergeron is Service Complete Electric's director of preconstruction. His responsibilities include securing and managing new business, overseeing the estimating team, and handling technology software and training as it relates to estimating. Beau enjoys the challenge of working on SCE's extremely specialized client and project base.
With nearly 35 years in the field, Beau is an expert in all things electric. His acute attention to detail and drive for perfection makes him a key player on SCE's skilled team. He has over 17 years' experience with the company, including as a senior project manager. Prior to joining SCE, Beau served as a vice president and as an electrician at other specialty contractor firms.
Along with his vast experience, Beau is a Florida Electrical Apprenticeship & Training (F.E.A.T.) graduate, receiving the "Top of Class" award during his program. He holds a journeyman's license as well as master electrician license.
There's no question who Beau inherited passion for his work from. His father, a Walt Disney World performer, inspired Beau to put his heart and soul into his career. Beau even flew over to Florida from California in Walt Disney's personal plane.

Dana Pratt is a Project Administrator at Service Complete Electric. In her role, Dana has responsibilities ranging from sending weekly project reports and issuing new drawing revision sets to scheduling jobsite inspections and assisting Project Managers, Superintendents and Foremen as needed. She appreciates SCE's strong values and the company's culture.
Before joining the SCE team in 2022, Dana had five years' experience in the construction industry working at her father's sub-contracting company in Central Florida. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Ashford University (now The University of Arizona).
A Central Florida native, Dana graduated from Olympia High School in just three years. She skipped her junior year by attending extra academic courses online and after school

Dylan Scruggs is the finance manager at Service Complete Electric. He's responsible for controlling and executing all matters relating to the administrative and accounting functions of the company. He works closely with the project teams to budget and track profitable jobs from start to finish.
Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University, Dylan ensures SCE is always on track and projects are budgeted for accurately. He has been working at SCE for nearly 10 years, starting first as a seasonal electrician's helper and working his way up to finance manager.
Dylan loves seeing interesting projects through from beginning to end. He's proud to be a part of a team of people who are honest, intelligent and ingenious.
A huge supporter of Orlando City Soccer, the Orlando Magic and FSU football, you won't find a bigger fan of Florida sports. Dylan is an avid golfer and has a Chihuahua-Pomeranian mix dog named Moose.

Eric Diller is the vice president of Service Complete Electric. His responsibilities include overseeing all field operations (including project managers, superintendents and the safety department), hiring project managers and superintendents; taking ownership of projects to ensure jobs are on time, under budget and completed without incident; and working with the pre-construction team to secure bids. Eric is proud to work for a company that truly cares for its employees and challenges them to be the best version of themselves.
Eric has been part of the SCE family since 1993. He has nearly 40 years of experience in the electrical field and has been involved in virtually every major project SCE has completed.
Eric has shown his dedication to the details and sterling work ethic since his first job in the industry, where he worked his way up from apprentice to job foreman. He is a graduate of the four-year apprenticeship program through Associated Builders and Contractors at Seminole State College, and he holds Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician and Electrical Contracting licenses.
In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time outdoors and surfing. He is an avid wildlife photographer.

Haylie Morales is an Accounting and Contracts Administrator at Service Complete Electric. Since 2020, she has been responsible for assisting with accounts receivable, account payable and COI processing. Haylie appreciates the positive company culture SCE has created and is proud to be a part of an exceptional team.
Before joining the SCE team, Haylie spent over five years as a Project Assistant at an engineering company.
When Haylie is off the clock, you can find her exploring Central Florida's amazing taco scene or having some fun in the sun at the beach.

Kyle Hartung is a project manager at Service Complete Electric. He is responsible for ensuring every aspect of a project runs smoothly including preconstruction planning, schedule tracking, overall profit and loss responsibility, pricing, procurement and general document control. Over the years, the SCE team has become more than just coworkers to Kyle, but are now family.
Kyle began his career at SCE in 2012 as an electrical apprentice then worked his way up to project engineer and eventually assistant project manager. He's a Florida Electrical Apprenticeship & Training Program graduate and licensed Journeyman Electrician.
When he's not working on large theme park projects for SCE, Kyle is spending time with his wife Caitlyn, enjoying a day out on the water fishing or playing ice hockey.

Louis Bruno is an Assistant Project Manager at Service Complete Electric. His job responsibilities include managing budgets, manpower, pricing, procurement, pre-construction planning and schedule tracking. SCE is like family to Louis and he appreciates the opportunity it has provided him to further his career.
Louis began working at SCE in 2013 as a helper and since then he's worked his way up from Foreman/Service Tech to Project Engineer to Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager is in his sight. He's a Florida Electrical Apprenticeship & Training Program graduate and holds both the OSHA 30-Hour and OSHA 10-Hour safety training certifications.
When Louis is off the jobsite, you can find him spending quality time with his wife and children. He loves playing golf and watching sports, especially the Philadelphia Eagles - Fly Eagles Fly.

Robert "Bob" Adams is a senior project manager at Service Complete Electric. His responsibilities include managing technicians, materials and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and on budget. Bob enjoys the family atmosphere SCE has cultivated and appreciates how the company encourages growth among its team.
Growing up around his family's electrical business, Bob has been immersed in the trade since he was a young man. He started his electrical career over 40 years ago as an apprentice. Since then, he's worked his way from estimator to project manager to vice president at various companies, eventually landing a spot on SCE's team in 2008. He has worked on a number of theme park projects with the company.
In addition to Bob's vast electrical experience, he has attended numerous seminars and continuing education courses. Bob was involved in the founding of Florida Electrical Apprenticeship & Training (F.E.A.T.), the largest electrical apprenticeship training program in Central Florida, and served on its board for nearly 20 years. He also has his master electrician license.
Bob is known around the office for his positive, uplifting spirit. He loves to mentor others and consistently looks for ways to lift people up and make the best of any situation.

Sebasstian Sanchez is a Project Engineer at Service Complete Electric. He handles a wide range of duties from preparing for new projects and supporting the field team with RFI processes and tracking to keeping track of the project schedule and progress reports.
Stephanie Slone has been the HR and office manager at Service Complete Electric since 2013. She is responsible for all functions of human resources, benefits management, onboarding and payroll. In addition to this, Stephanie assists in managing accounting functions such as monthly billings and vendor payments.
Armed with an Associates Degree in Accounting and Human Resources from the University of Central Florida, Stephanie ensures SCE's office is always running smoothly. She's a proud member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has been involved with the National Association of Women in Construction.
Stephanie takes pride in her work at SCE and loves the daily interactions she has with the tight-knit team. She enjoys getting to know each employee personally and helping them along throughout their time with the company.
When she's not piloting the ship at SCE, Stephanie spends her free time volunteering as a Girl Scout Leader, PTA officer and team mom. She's been married to her husband since 2007 and has two amazing kids.

Steve Vary is Service Complete Electric's safety and quality control manager. His job is to ensure the safety of the team by developing and managing the accident prevention program, holding training courses and completing safety reports.

Zach Rooney is a Project Engineer at Service Complete Electric. He has a variety of responsibilities including researching information to support other teams and departments, performing administrative tasks, and completing assignments from Project Managers in an efficient and timely manner.
Joining SCE in 2017, Zach was armed with ample experience and is committed to continuing his training. He holds a number of certifications including OSHA - 10 Hour, OSHA - 30 Hour, Forklift/Lull, Excavation, Confined Space Entry, Boom & Scissor Lift, Megger Testing, High Voltage, Hazardous Communication and BASA/FASA, just to name a few.
Over the years he's been with SCE, the team has become family to Zach. He appreciates the company's desire to see team members succeed and the resources it has provided for him to advance his career.
