Berkshire Primary Care Ltd (BPC Ltd) is a GP Federation which consists of all 13 practices within Bracknell and Ascot Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). GP Federations are a way for member practices to work collaboratively to improve the services they are able to offer to patients and to strengthen the role of primary care within the wider NHS. Ultimately the aim is to build a stronger primary care locally, whilst working closely with our primary and secondary care partners, and to make general practice more sustainable and stronger for the future enabling the high level of patient care to continue in our practices...
