I have been a GP Partner at The Waterfield Practice, Bracknell since 2012 and I am the Clinical Director for Bracknell and District Primary Care Network. I am also the Frimley ICS Clinical Lead for Bracknell, and my special interest include primary care transformation, healthcare Information Technology and Urgent Care.
I am a local GP in Bracknell with a heartfelt enthusiasm for delivering excellence in healthcare. I am the Clinical Director of the Braccan Primary Care Network and a GP Partner at Forest Health. I started my career at Wexham Park hospital before training as a GP and have since worked closely with colleagues, commissioners and providers within the Frimley ICS. This has given me a wealth of experience in working with patients and system partners to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
I am a Co-Founder, CEO and Medical Director of Berkshire Primary Care. Alongside this, I have been a GP Partner at Magnolia House Surgery, Sunninghill, since 2005 and I am the Clinical Director for the Ascot Primary Care Network. I am also a GP Endoscopist at Heatherwood Hospital in the Frimley GI Team and Medical Officer for Papplewick School. My speciality clinical portfolio includes Gastroenterology, Nutrition and Functional GI disorders such as IBS alongside Minor Surgery and Cardiology.
As the Operations Director for Berkshire Primary Care, I have the perfect role to fulfil my passion for improving the patient's experience of our ever-changing NHS! I have worked in primary care for fourteen years in roles encompassing management, quality improvement and implementing change. I enjoy taking a hands-on approach to streamlining processes, and designing and managing high quality services to meet the health needs of our patient population.
I am a founding director of Berkshire Primary Care and the Finance Director. I have extensive experience in the public and private sectors with more than 10 years in primary care. I have been a member of the board since the beginning, providing strategic insight, and with responsibility for the financial, contract and project for the business.
