Community Action of Eastern Iowa provides services to over 25,000 people every year. We are the Community Action Agency for Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine, and Scott Counties in Iowa, and we have been in business since the summer of 1965... Community Action of Eastern Iowa makes its Strategic Plan, Community Needs Assessment, Audit Report, IRS Form 990 Tax Return, and Head Start annual reports available upon request...
