Drew Lundberg

Drew comes to CBG with background experience in engineering, cloud based services and sales. Being an employee of CBG for three years, he has maintained the role as a project engineer and has quickly shown potential in all facets of construction management. Drew highly preaches the importance of working collaboratively and supporting and respecting one another. In his spare time, he's a musician and studio engineer.

Frank Bohls

As the founder of CBG, Frank set the company's vision, and has been instrumental in its growth. Prior to founding CBG, Frank had been responsible for all phases of construction, holding positions with some of the leading investment and development companies in Southern California for the past 36 years. His roles have included Vice President, construction and project management, entitlements, pre-construction, and scheduling on a broad variety of projects across the Western United States. He has a depth of experience in multi-family and hospitality projects, and has enjoyed success in the diverse ventures he has undertaken.

Lori Craib

Lori brings more than 30 solid years experience in all facets of Accounting. She has been responsible for quarterly financial statements, monitoring cash flow, Accounts Receivable including T&M billings and AIA progress billing, accounts payable, job costing, payroll, payroll taxes and quarterly/annual reports and year end preparation. She is accomplished in using Sage 100 & Quickbooks. Communicates effectively with all levels of Management, Owners, Vendors and Clients. Analytical skills enable solving complex accounting problems and implementing procedures to increase efficiency. Lori is easy to work with and excels as an organizer and accomplishes assignments on strict deadlines.

Marc Luedke

Director of CBG in the Pacific Northwest market, Marc has broad ranging experience in the construction and development industry; his education as a Structural Engineer, experience as a General Contractor, and history working with integrated Owner/Developer/Builder partnership groups all inform his consulting work. He is driven to find creative solutions to issues, setting goals that bring synergy to the efforts of multi-disciplinary teams. He has worked on diverse project types, including commercial projects for public universities, healthcare facilities, hospitality and multifamily mixed use development. He loves the process of project development and thrives on solving the myriad of puzzles that real estate development presents.
