KC Deeyas is a Kansas City Food Truck, owned and operated by Janie Burkdoll and Chef Mike Parrish, Miami County, KS. Janie grew up on a farm where they raise angus cattle, plant large gardens and row crop. After college she was a wedding planner where she planned many weddings and receptions. Farm to table with fresh quality ingredients have always been the way of life. Cooking and feeding people is her passion. Chef Mike Parrish started in restaurant kitchens over 30 years ago. He has cooked everything from Italian to Barbeque and Breakfast. He has had the opportunity to work with numerous talented chefs... From our meat marinades to our sauces and toppings, we make it all for a uniquely designed menu of recipes, bringing sweet, savory and spice together.
