Dr. Andrew Lee is double Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and has added qualifications in surgery of the hand. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1988 and earned his Doctorate of Medicine at Howard University in Washington D.C. in 1992. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Howard University Hospital in 1997 and also received further training at George Washington University affiliated hospitals, followed by a fellowship in hand srugery at the Hand Center of Houston and microvascular training at Baylor College of Medicine. In practice since 1992, Dr. Lee is board certified in orthopedic surgery with additional qualification in surgery of the hand. He has extensive experience in both hand and general orthopedic surgery, with special expertise in arthroscopy. Patients say he takes time to carefully explain procedures and answer questions, and they report good outcomes with fast recovery times. Dr. Lee is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He is a reviewer for the Journal of Hand and Microvascular Surgery and has authored many hand- and orthopedic-related publications. He is considered a pioneer in the area of endoscopic decompression for peripheral nerves. Outside of his practice, Dr. Lee is a musician and has devoted much of his time over the years to medical missionary work abroad.

Dr. C. Terrell Cummings is a native of Tallahassee, Florida. After receiving his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of Florida, he matriculated to Harvard Medical School where he earned his M.D. degree. He completed his internship in general surgery from Washington University in St. Louis and transitioned into the field of anesthesiology, completing his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Dr. Cummings joins Momentum Spine and Joint after completion of his fellowship training in interventional pain management at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. His clinical interest includes the use of fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided techniques to target pain as well as pharmacologic management of pain syndromes. He has affiliations with the North American Neuromodulation Society, American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine as well as the American Society of Anesthesiology. He has also been an active member of the National Medical Association with efforts to increase minority retention in medical schools in Texas. In his free time, Dr. Cummings enjoys spending time with family, attending sporting events, concerts and theatrical productions. He is an active member of his church and regularly volunteers with various community organizations in his free time.

Dr. Laura Delin is double board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology. She completed an ACGME accredited residency in anesthesiology at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX where she was elected chief resident. Her anesthesiology training was followed by a fellowship in Pain Management at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC. Her training and experience allows compassionate patient care, focusing on each patient's individual needs with a tailored approach including medications, procedural interventions, and therapies to help manage and alleviate pain. When she is not with patients, you will find her with family and friends. Dr. Delin is a Dallas native and feels fortunate to be able to serve her community.

Dr. Raj V. Kakarlapudi is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, who received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. After earning his medical degree, Dr. Kakarlapudi completed his orthopedic surgery residency at The University of Missouri in Columbia, and then immediately went on to complete his orthopedic spine fellowship at the Indiana Orthopedic Hospital in Indianapolis. With over 15 years of experience and extensive training, Dr. Kakarlapudi specializes in spine surgery, though he can treat injuries and disorders of the muscular and skeletal systems, including those of the joints, ligaments, tendons, and nerves. Outside of patient care, Dr. Kakarlapudi likes to spend his time traveling and landscaping. He also stays active by running and playing tennis.

Dr. Zeshan Chaudhry is Double Board Certified in Anesthesiology an Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He received his ACGME accredited fellowship in Pain Management at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Chaudhry completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Toledo in Ohio in 2015. During this time, he gained comprehensive training in the field of interventional and regional anesthesia, with a primary focus on ultrasound-guided procedures. Following residency, Dr. Chaudhry joined the staff at the University of Toledo Medical Center as Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology from 2015 to 2016. His role consisted of teaching and supervising residents and CRNAs during complex neurologic, orthopedic, and general surgery cases, along with training residents in regional anesthesia in an outpatient surgery setting. He went on to pursue a pain medicine fellowship, where he further refined his interventional skills, both in ultrasound and fluoroscopic-guided techniques. Dr. Chaudhry believes in a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary approach when evaluating and treating patient's suffering from chronic pain. Pain has just as much effect on the psychological and emotional well-being of an individual, as it does the physical well-being, and therefore addressing each aspect is the optimal way to ensure a better quality of life for patients. When he is not caring for and treating patients, Dr. Chaudhry loves spending time with his wife and son. He is passionate and devoted to his faith and his family. He also enjoys playing golf, tennis, and basketball.
