Born in the Soviet Union during its collapse and having experienced life in both Virginia and Florida, Alex has always embraced the ability to seamlessly navigate between extremes.
With Alex at the helm, vh.AGENCY stands as a testament to his commitment to delivering results and driving growth. Over the years Alex has worked with clients across various industries and sectors, including TV and digital media, higher education, finance, non-profits, and real estate.
With a diverse academic background encompassing technology, M.B.A. degree in marketing and e-commerce, B.A. in Japanese, and Eastern Studies, Alex possesses a unique blend of skills and knowledge.
Alex's professional journey includes noteworthy roles such as Digital Strategy Manager for CBN.com, Manager of Online Marketing and Technology at Regent University, and Project Manager for Novosoft, Inc. - one of Eastern Europe's largest software development companies during his tenure.
With a passion for back-end development, system architecture, and database design, Alex Yanchak is a seasoned professional and an invaluable asset to the vh.Agency team.
Alex's journey in the world of technology began after earning his B.S. degree in Computer Science from Lviv Polytechnic Institute. He quickly established himself as a proficient developer, working for leading IT firms and even running his own business for a period of time. In the late 2000s, Alex joined vh.Agency as a senior developer and has been an integral part of our team ever since.
Alex's profound expertise in programming, and databases brings immense value to our clients. His ability to juggle multiple roles is truly awesome and allows him to tackle multiple complex projects at one time.
Beyond his professional life, Alex's technical inclination shows up in his hobbies as well. He has a deep passion for building miniature plane models and even designs and programs controller software for them. Alex is also an off-roading enthusiast. He restored and rebuilt an old army vehicle, which recently played a crucial role when he became part of a rescue party searching for a missing hiker in the mountains.
Amy joined vh.AGENCY in 2017 as a digital marketing intern. An unconventional path, Amy received her PhD in health psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. Toward the end of her studies, she had a growing passion for digital media, as a significant amount of her research experience at VCU involved utilization of digital technologies to collect and analyze data. Instead of pursuing a typical career in her field post-graduation, Amy decided to focus on a career that blended her passions for research and data analysis, writing, and digital media; thus, an interest in digital marketing was born! She's excited about starting a career that embraces both analytical thinking and creativity, and allows her to put her skills to use in delivering quality products.
Amy currently assists our clients with digital marketing strategies and execution, content development, and multimedia needs. She's our rock star digital marketer.
Eugene is a frontend developer. He always up-to-date on the latest web trends. When he codes, he uses the latest technologies and standards in program development. Eugene is a perfectionist who likes cleanliness and order in the code.

Liubov brings to the team 6 years of experience managing financial accounts as well as legal expertise in contract law. She received her law degree from Ural State Law University, one of the top law schools in Russia, and is currently enrolled in Law School at The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA. Liubov also holds a Bachelor's degree in Global Business from Regent University.

With a passion for art direction, graphic design, photography, animation, and 3D modeling, Oles Romanyuk is a creative powerhouse and an invaluable asset to the vh.Agency team.
Oles embarked on his artistic journey after graduating from Lviv Academy of Arts. While initially focusing on landscape architecture and ceramics, his curiosity led him to delve into photography, graphic design, computer graphics, and 3D modeling.
During his career, Oles had the opportunity to work with renowned European brands such as Mercedes, Deutsche Bank, and Villeroy and Boch while working with the Deutscher Führungskräfteverband agency.
Since then, Oles joined the vh.Agency team as a senior art director, and never looked back. With an unwavering commitment to excellence and unexpected visual solutions, Oles consistently delights our clients with his expertise in all things art and creativity.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Oles dedicates his spare time to volunteer at his church and a shelter for homeless and displaced individuals, making stunning and artful photography. Additionally, he loves restoring antique and vintage objects, breathing new life into forgotten treasures.
Orest is the human security blanket. Whether it's a hacker or a software glitch, Orest will root out and fix the problem, often before anyone else has noticed it. Knowing that our clients' websites and apps are always safe, secure, and up to date helps us all sleep more soundly.
Vadim is a very talented and versatile professional. He joined our team at vh.Agency in the Spring of 2023 and brings a diverse skill set to our team.
With a background in engineering and project management in the oil and gas industry, Vadim made a bold career shift into front-end development and programming, showcasing his passion for learning and adaptability.
