AMC ACCOUNTANTS - Key Persons
Catherine graduated from the University of Ulster in 2002 with a BA (Hons) in Accountancy and joined AM&C in 2006. In 2007 she became an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Catherine's role involves the provision of accounting and taxation services to a wide range of clients ranging in size from small traders to limited companies. She is also responsible for managing ongoing support to many businesses on a monthly basis. Together with assessing financial information this includes advice and review of VAT, Payroll and other statutory returns to ensure compliance with appropriate deadlines.
Elaine graduated from the Ulster University in 2001 and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
She joined the AM&C team in 2001 and is responsible for managing accounting and taxation services to a wide range of clients from unincorporated businesses to limited companies with turnover in excess of £100m. Elaine also provides ongoing support to new and expanding clients assisting them with many of the problems that such businesses experience in this challenging stage of their development.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Ulster and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with over 25 years' experience in the provision of quality business and taxation advice.
After a short period in a local accountancy firm, Mark moved to an English based financial and management consultancy practice as Manager of their NI operation and was involved in the appraisal of many of Northern Ireland's premier development and inward investment projects. He came back to public practice with AM&C in 1996 and became a partner in 1997. When the business restructured in 2009 he remained as Principal.
In recent years as well the core business of general practice Mark has offered specialist advice in relation to personal and corporate tax planning, company restructuring, business development and acquisitions/disposals in businesses ranging in size from sole traders to multinational companies.
Mark has experience in dealing with UK, Irish and International aspects of business, taxation and legislation

Paul graduated from UUJ in August 2007 with a BSc (Hons) in Accountancy and immediately joined AM&C. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Paul's main role in the Firm is accounts preparation, including business and personal taxation services, specialising in work within the Agriculture and Farming Sectors. He is also responsible for coordination of monthly Payroll and VAT compliance for a range of both UK and overseas clients.
