BOWENWORK

Bowenwork® gives you a chance to see how interconnected your body is. In a session, there are therapeutic wait times of 2 to 5 minutes in which you notice how your body immediately responds to simple instructions, given to the body in the form of specific gentle stretches over certain muscles and tendons. You get into the groove of deep breathing and unwinding within your tissues, sometimes located on the opposite side of the body. You meditate upon the shifting energies within the body as it regulates freed up resources that can be repurposed to areas of the body that require energy to repair, resolve, and correct in other ways. These moves start vibrations intended to regulate entire muscle "trains" that run from the feet to the head in the front, back, and/or sides of the body. It's a fascinating journey of peaceful transformation using your own power in response to gentle (non-forceful) instructions... I will design a specific Bowenwork® session with your needs in mind.
