Rob began his career in advertising, before joining The Climate Group with David in 2006 to launch a high profile three-year campaign to encourage everyday climate change action. Since co-founding Behaviour Change, he has led the delivery of more than 50 behaviour change interventions. Rob is responsible for business operations and management of the organisation, as well as overseeing output across all of our work and managing our network of collaborators. He's gradually working his way up the belts in Shodokan Aikido (slow progress when you start at 40…)

Honica Sharma

In the two years following her degree in Psychology, Tasha worked in SEO before returning to her academic roots and completing an MSc in Health Psychology. Alongside studying, she worked as a COVID-19 vaccinator for the NHS, administering vaccines to residents of London. Before joining Behaviour Change in June, Tasha worked as a Cancer Data Analyst for NHS Digital, analysing behaviour change campaigns aiming to increase the percentage of cancers diagnosed early. Her role on the Behaviour Change team involves gathering insights and research as well as contributing to the design of behavioural interventions. Outside work, Tasha enjoys keeping active and exploring new areas of London.

Kate Brennan-Rhodes

Following her degree in Psychology, Honica began her career in advertising where she specialised in printed media campaigns. In 2021, Honica decided to return to university and has recently graduated with an MSc in Consumer Psychology - which she completed alongside her role at Behaviour Change. Since joining the team, Honica has been involved in gathering and interpreting evidence for multiple projects and applying behavioural theory to intervention design. In her free time, Honica enjoys dining out, keeping fit, and cooking delicious plant based meals.

Polly Garland

Kate joined Behaviour Change as Head of Strategy in January 2023. Prior to this, she was a senior strategist for creative agencies, specialising in behaviour change and social purpose campaigns. This has led her to work on a fascinating array of topics, from early childhood development to organ donation. Her favourite part of strategy is identifying the ‘aha' insights that unlock solutions to important problems. Curiosity/nosiness about human behaviour led her to complete a postgraduate diploma in Psychology. She's a four-time marathon finisher and enthusiastic home cook.

Rob Moore - COO, Founder

Polly spent the first 10 years of her career working for Tate & Lyle, initially for their sugars business in quality and environment roles and then at their head office in a series of internal and external communications roles. In 2014 she joined Wrigley (now Mars Wrigley) as Communications Manager where she led much of their external communications activities including the Wrigley Oral Healthcare Programme and their anti-litter activities. She joined Behaviour Change in 2021 and is responsible for managing and delivering all aspects of our projects. When she's not keeping our projects in check she can be found running, decorating, baking or spending time with her kids exploring the great outdoors.

Aimée joined Behaviour Change as Project Assistant in May 2023. Alongside her role here, she is studying part-time for an MA in Human Rights, Culture and Social Justice. With a keen interest in transnational and climate justice, Aimée is dedicated to addressing global challenges through an intersectional lens. Aimée's dedication to human rights and environmental activism led her to volunteer with organisations like Student Action for Refugees, Airwars and Greenpeace to raise awareness about pressing issues and advocate for policies that prioritise sustainability. She is an avid cyclist, guitarist and lover of food.
