As the Chief Operations Officer of Forestry, Dave is responsible for ensuring that harvesting operations are efficient and effective while delivering services to all projects, owners, and customers. Dave tracks the daily operations to meet goals and expectations to fulfill company requirements. Dave is also responsible for daily project tracking and submissions to meet forest industry requirements.

Harvey joined Forest Trotter in its infancy in 2003 as a labourer until becoming a construction supervisor in 2005. In 2010 he became a shareholder of FTEN and here he is today.
As the Chief Operations Officer for Construction, Harvey is responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective, and that the proper management of resources and staff are maintained through the project supervisors. Harvey monitors staffing levels, expectations, and motivation to fulfill company requirements. Harvey is also responsible for seeking and securing new business opportunities.

As the Chief Operations Officer for Transportation, Henry is responsible for ensuring that trucking operations are efficient and effective while delivering services to all projects and customers. Henry monitors truck driver requirements, expectations, and motivation to fulfill company requirements. Henry also has extensive experience in the underground services construction, and assists with the review and construction services.
As CFO, Jim oversees all the company financial operations. Jim is primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the corporation, financial planning, record-keeping, and financial reporting. He also oversees the Office Managers working with the day-to-day project finances and directly assists the Chief Operating Officers (COOs) on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, and securing new funding.

Lauren is responsible for the development, coordination, and maintenance of health, safety and environmental programs for the company. The HSE Manager must ensure that the standards are observed, conduct statistical analysis, define risks, implementation of new standards, train employees on standards to be observed and audit the HSE Program to ensure it is effective. Lauren has previous experience in health and safety services and is certified as an Auditor with the Alberta Construction Safety Association.

As the Corporate Manager & Estimator, Paul is responsible for tender bid estimating, project tracking, contracts, land development, and assisting the team with the day-to-day operational activities.Paul has an extensive background in provincial, municipal, and construction operations.
Starting as an equipment operator back in the day, Philip has moved up the ladder of FTEN as mechanic, supervisor and estimator, and eventually a shareholder in 2010.
As the Chief Executive Officer, Philip oversees the entire organization to ensure all facets of the operations are working to meet the customer's needs while building the company financially. Philip is responsible for decisions on the company direction, policy, and strategy, driving changes within the organization while presiding over the organization's day-to-day operations.
