A graduate of the Economics and Business Management program from the University of Illinois, he brings fresh ideas and a new management perspective to the company. At present he is responsible for the planning and execution of projects within the company.
Mr. K.C. Sethi is a renowned name in the real estate sector in India and the visionary promoter of Omega Realtech Ltd. His keen eye for real estate investments over the years has helped the company accumulate an enviable land bank across Mumbai. In fact he has been largely responsible for the company ™s many accomplishments, achieved during his illustrious career of over 50 years.

Mr. P. C. Nalwaya is the Executive Director in charge of Finance. An accomplished chartered accountant, he was part of the B.K. Birla group for over 25 years and was later Managing Director at Andhra Cement. His diverse experience and administrative expertise across various industries is a great value addition to the organization and will be influential in shaping the future of the company.
Mr. R.K. Sethi leads Omega Realtech Pvt. Limited on the strength of his experience and business acumen, acquired over the last 3 decades. Today as the face of the company, he spearheads turnkey projects, is responsible for all new acquisitions and functions as the company ™s primary growth driver.
