Hello! My name Louise and I am a Beauty Therapist here at The Cosmetic Clinic.
I always knew from a young age I would be intrigued by skincare when I couldn't stay away from my mums skincare cabinet, intrigued by what would happen if I mix them up as if I was making potions for my skin. Wasting no time at just 16 I embarked on getting my level 2 and 3 beauty therapy diploma.

Olivia is a fully qualified Beauty Therapist with over 10 years' experience. Many years ago, Olivia achieved qualifications in advanced skin and laser applications.
She also completed her core of knowledge in lasers in conjunction with The University of Manchester. She has multiple roles within the clinic, but her main roles are client co-ordinator and Aesthetician. You will see Olivia front of house with a warm welcome.
Since a young age Olivia has been amazed by the world of aesthetics, and names herself a "skin geek", as she loves to learn about the skin and the systems within our bodies. She knew she wanted to be a part of delivering specialised skin treatments from early on.
Since then, her passion continues to grow for the aesthetics and the skin care industry. She has worked alongside Dr Pasapula since 2017, and has enjoyed learning from a leading aesthetic medical doctor. Olivia specialises in medical-grade skin care, laser treatments, skin peels and advanced facials.
Olivia's absolute top priority is to ensure clients are well cared for. She enjoys communicating with clients ensuring they are content with their experience and treatment journey. She has achieved an award in customer service. You will see Olivia on reception when she isn't in treatments, making sure everyone is looked after. She is a part of overseeing day to day operations.
Olivia loves being a part of the client's positive transformations, as they progress through with bespoke treatments. Her favourite part of her roles is seeing clients leave with a big smile!
Saffron has always had a deep passion for art and photography which now coincides with her strong interest in learning about the art of aesthetic medicine. When in clinic, she is either assisting Dr Pasapula with her treatments or helping with the administration side at reception. Saffron will always do her utmost to make clients feel at ease during their appointments and keep the clinic a nice place for clients to relax in. Whether a client needs a good chat or wants to unwind with a hot drink.
