Binish Patel is Apptium's Co-Founder & Vice President & Head of Solution Services. He brings more than 20 years of success in providing leading organizations with solutions to help solve complex business challenges. He has proven capabilities in developing high-level customer relationships and is adept at understanding client's critical issues which helps him to provide rapid, high value and high-quality customer experience solutions. In his role, Binish has deployed global delivery teams and solution experts to implement standardized and scalable delivery processes throughout North America, Europe and Asia. His responsibilities at Apptium include; the development of ongoing innovations, assets, partnerships and infrastructure to identify ways to enhance our delivery approach. In his prior professional career, Binish has worked with leading Systems Integrators, ISV's, Telecom, Media and Entertainment companies holding key positions involving delivery, professional services, consultancy, as well as product management.

Colin provides technical leadership in all aspects of core product development. With over 25 years of software engineering experience, Colin drives growth and innovation for the development team with the delivery of cutting-edge products and services. He initiates, coordinates, and mentors the design and implementations across the company's various projects. Provide guidance and best practices to the development team for all technical challenges. Identifies and analyze customers' business needs to the solutions with technical insights.

Ionut Grosu is Apptium's Chief Technology Officer. Passionate technologist and entrepreneur that has surfed around many domains in information technology. Extremely passionate about information architecture and underlying tech from backend technologies to frontend and everything in the middle. Highly devoted into making sure product aesthetics provide the best and simplest experience possible. Always focused on the cutting-edge technologies and what the future holds.
Lydia Bode is responsible for driving product strategy and roadmap prioritization. She has over 8 years of experience in product and customer success management in B2B2X SaaS and PaaS organizations. Manages feature intake and shapes product roadmap with insights from internal / customer stakeholders and industry trends. Closely collaborates with customers, product design, and engineering to deliver solutions that address both expressed and anticipated user needs. Passionate about data-driven design, seamless experiences, and customer stickiness.
Rajaram Arumugam is Apptium's Director of Engineering. He brings in 17 years of experience in building leading technology products and solutions for the high-tech, media, entertainment, telecommunications and retail industry. In his role, he helps drive the company's technology strategy, leads the engineering team towards continued delivery of innovative products, and provides executive-level consulting services. In his previous roles, Rajaram focused on delivering Next Generation E-Commerce and Customer Experience solutions to leading Systems Integrators and ISV around the globe. With extensive experience in designing and implementing complex high-performance systems, Rajaram's strong focus is on the technology trends, researches, innovation to provide the enhanced capabilities with enriched user experience. Rajaram currently oversees the development and support of both of Apptium's platforms.
Rick Kapani carries over 25 years of Technology and Telecommunications experience which has been widely recognized for his creative mindset and visionary leadership. As Apptium's Founder & Chief Executive Officer charged with corporate strategy enabling Apptium to anticipate, shape, and lead major market achievements. He brings business acumen, people management skills and strategic vision in his leadership role. Rick is hands on in direct technology and operational innovation across the company and oversees strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, the integration of new business models, the incubation of new technologies, and the cultivation of world-class technical talent. Rick is an integral part of the company while working closely with the top management in charting growth strategy by understanding his customer's perspective through emphasis on discovery.
