Erica is the Senior Vice President of Multi-residential at GWL Realty Advisors. In her role, Erica is responsible for the overall asset management, operations, capital and leasing, and marketing for the multi-residential portfolio.
Erica has held various senior leadership roles in investments, asset management and development project management within the Canadian real estate industry. She holds a B.Sc. (Honours) with a concentration in mathematics from Brock University, and she is pursuing a Queen's Advanced Executive Certificate from the Smith School of Business.
Erica is dedicated to supporting the next generation of leaders through formal mentorship programs organized by Toronto CREW.
As President of GWL Realty Advisors, Glenn is accountable for the overall management and growth of GWL Realty Advisors' real estate portfolio, including strategic direction, business development, asset and property management, and specialized real estate advisory services.
Glenn is focused on positively evolving the company's strong foundation, delivering on our growth strategy, offering rewarding careers for employees and making meaningful contributions to the communities where GWL Realty Advisors operate.
Glenn has over 20 years of real estate industry experience and has held a broad range of leadership roles within GWL Realty Advisors. Currently, Glenn is on the University of Guelph's Real Estate Program Advisory Board and is a partner of ‘Swing for the Cure,' a local charitable initiative.

Jeff is responsible for stewarding overall client growth initiatives. In this role, he provides leadership, coordination and oversight to both the National Development and National Investment teams across the country.
Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry of which 20 years have been with GWL Realty Advisors. He holds a degree in Finance from Brigham Young University (1993) and obtained his CFA designation in 2000. He is a licensed Realtor® in both Alberta and British Columbia.

Maureen Carey leads the Human Resources team at GWL Realty Advisors and develops and directs the HR strategy. Working with the leadership team, she is responsible for spearheading employee engagement, leadership development and performance management initiatives as an integral component of the company's strategic direction.
Maureen has extensive experience in the HR field working in a variety of industries. She holds a BA in Political Science and a BSW in Social Work from McMaster University. She also possesses her Certified Human Resources Executive designation (CHRE) with the HRPA.

Michael leads national services for Procurement, Operations Risk & Security, Digital Buildings, Communications, Transformation and Operational Excellence.
Prior to joining GWLRA in 2016, Michael was Head of Global Real Estate for Finastra, a leading financial technology organization, and he has held various senior leadership positions in manufacturing and financial services.
Michael holds a B.Eng. in industrial engineering, graduating with honours from Toronto Metropolitan University. He is also a certified operational excellence professional, holding a Lean Six Sigma blackbelt.
Michael leads Equity, Diversity & Inclusion for GWLRA, and is currently a member of the REALPAC DEI and BOMA Canada National Advisory Committees.

Steffan leads the asset management, property management and leasing teams responsible for the national commercial portfolio.
Prior to relocating to Toronto in 2018, Steffan led the leasing team responsible for the British Columbia commercial portfolio. Steffan joined GWL Realty Advisors' Calgary office in 2006 after starting his career with Avison Young Calgary.
Steffan holds a B.Sc. from the University of Victoria. He is the former President of NAIOP Vancouver and a NAIOP Toronto Government Relations Committee Member.

Steven is responsible for the overall management and performance of two open-end, segregated funds and several direct investment accounts. He joined GWL Realty Advisors in 2000 and has held several positions, most recently Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management.
Steven has 21 years of real estate experience. He holds a BA in Urban Studies (Honours) from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
