Andrea Brown

Andrea joined Kinsella Group for the second time in September, 2021 as an M&A Consultant, having been with the Firm in a similar role from 2001 to 2006. Ms. Brown has over 20 years of experience in financial services including Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance, capital raising and wealth management. At Morgan Stanley, Bankers Trust Company (now Deutsche Bank) and several specialty advisory firms in Chicago (including at Kinsella Group), she worked with a variety of companies across a range of industries including paper products, basic manufacturing and equipment rental and across a range of sizes, from Fortune 500 to middle market. Transactions included sales of businesses, acquisitions, capital raises and restructurings. In addition to having a range of transaction experience, Ms. Brown has experience teaching classes in finance and management theory; creating financial plans for individuals and their families; and providing Daily Money Management services to clients. Ms. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Math/Economics from Brown University and a Masters of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management with a focus on finance and management policy. Ms. Brown has lived in the Chicagoland area with her husband for 30 years, having raised 2 children here, and is active volunteering in her community. She is a member of a non-profit women's giving organization in Chicago and has held Board positions for multiple education and religious organizations.

Brian S. Moore

Mr. Moore has substantial experience as a chief executive and senior manager for a range of companies involved in the manufacture and distribution of medical products, automobiles and consumer goods, as well as for financial services companies. Mr. Moore taps his knowledge and background in engineering and finance to advise Kinsella Group and our clients on business development strategies, major corporate transactions and financing issues. Mr. Moore serves currently as President of Business Development for Symmetry Medical, Inc., a leading independent provider of implants and related instruments and cases to the orthopaedic device industry. Mr. Moore has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Symmetry Medical since its acquisition of Mettis in June 2003, and served as President and Chief Executive Officer from June 2003 to 2011. From April 1999 to June 2003, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Mettis Group Limited, the parent company of Mettis. Prior to joining Mettis, Mr. Moore held a number of positions with EIS Group plc, including serving as Chairman of the Aircraft and Precision Engineering Division. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Executive Officer of AB Precision (Poole) Limited, and served in senior management roles at Vanderhoff plc, Land Rover Vehicles, Bass Brewing and Prudential Insurance, and as the Financial Director for a subsidiary of GEC Ltd. (UK). Mr. Moore has been qualified as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (the qualifying body for mechanical engineers in the United Kingdom) and as an Accountant with the UK Chartered Institute of Management Accounts.

Curt is a Medical Device Executive and Board Director with over 20 years of Sales, Marketing and Operational success. Curt Jennewine is a Medical Device Executive and Board Director with over 20 years of Sales, Marketing and Operational success. Throughout his career Mr. Jennewine and his teams have achieved industry-leading growth at large, medium and small sized companies, including Abbott, Zimmer, Guidant and Acumed. Much of his success has been generated through leadership in strategy, structural realignment, innovative product development, channel optimization and new product launch discipline. Mr. Jennewine has worked with numerous medical technologies, including those in Orthopedics, Trauma, Spine, Vascular Intervention, Cardiac Rhythm Management, Diabetes, In Vitro Diagnostics and Infection Prevention among others. In addition to his accomplishments in the United States, Mr. Jennewine has achieved significant business success internationally as well. He lived and worked for more than 13 years in Asia and Europe, spending significant time in Japan, China, and Germany. He is also fluent in Japanese, conversational in German, and able to speak basic Mandarin. These international experiences imbued Mr. Jennewine with deep curiosity and creative problem-solving skills that have led to him generating over 15 medical device patents. Mr. Jennewine's educational background includes a Master of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors in the Pacific Northwest and training for his next triathlon.

Daniel J. Greene - Managing Director

Expertise and experience includes acquisitions, financial performance improvements, capital structuring and post-merger integration. During his tenure, Dan has worked on dozens of successful acquisitions in the MedTech, manufacturing and business services sectors.

David Brooks

Most recently, David was President of Medplast International, prior to its acquisition by Viant Medical. Based in the U.K., his roles have been oriented towards global markets and has extensive direct experience working and operating across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. David has held several senior executive leadership positions in the orthopaedic, healthcare, scientific instrument, and automotive industries. Based in the U.K., his roles have been oriented towards global markets and has extensive direct experience working and operating across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Most recently, David was President of Medplast International, prior to its acquisition by Viant Medical. David assumed that position following Medplast's acquisition of Orthoplastics Ltd, where he was CEO. David drove Orthoplastics' global sales initiatives directly, forming strong supplier relationships with all the major orthopaedic OEMs alongside numerous challenger companies on all five continents. He also had full P&L responsibility. Prior to that he held operational leadership positions at Kratos Analytical, now part of Shimadzu in which he led the acquisition process, plus other companies in the automotive sectors. David has extensive knowledge of operations management techniques including ERP systems and is a six sigma Black Belt. David earned his MBA from the Open University in 1995 and has been a certified CIMA accountant since 1980.

Elizabeth Brown - CMO

Elizabeth Brown is the Director of Marketing at Kinsella Group, with responsibility for marketing programs, digital strategies and brand management. Prior to joining Kinsella Group, she worked in strategic business development, digital, brand and marketing management with a variety of B2B and not-for-profit organizations. Elizabeth holds a bachelors degree from DePaul University and an MBA from Benedictine University. She lives in the Chicagoland area with her three children. When not attending her children's sporting events or college activities, Elizabeth enjoys triathlons and local running events.

Frank D. Noone

Lisa C. Thompson

Ms. Thompson is a senior marketing and business professional who draws on her more than 25 years of leadership in the medical devices industry to provide clients with a competitive edge in the ever-changing healthcare marketplace. Ms. Thompson has deep experience in a broad range of orthopedic specialty businesses focused on emerging technologies in osteobiologics, bone growth stimulation and orthopediatrics, as well as in treatments and products addressing hand, wrist, upper-extremity, foot, ankle, hip, lower-extremity and spine trauma, deformity correction, and related conditions and injuries. Over the course of her career, Ms. Thompson has helped lead a number of small-company start-ups and start-up business units within large orthopedic companies, many of which have achieved year-over-year annual sales growth ranging from 15 to 45 percent. Ms. Thompson has been an independent consultant since 2012 dedicated to helping clients drive new business revenue in key growth sectors of the healthcare marketplace. She served as Global Vice President of Marketing for the Mahwah, New Jersey-based Extremities and Trauma strategic business units (SBUs) of Stryker Orthopedics, Inc. Under her leadership, annual sales for the two units expanded to $420 million. Ms. Thompson began her tenure at Stryker in 2005, when she was hired to help launch and lead the marketing initiatives for the then-newly created Extremities SBU. Within five years, annual revenues for the SBU grew from $7.2 million to $110 million. During this time, and in conjunction with the Stryker Leadership Academy, Ms. Thompson attended the Harvard Business Leadership Program. Following the completion of the program at Harvard, she was appointed to lead an osteobiologics acquisition team responsible for defining strategies to target and acquire orthobiologic companies for Stryker business expansion. The result of her efforts was the creation of a new division of Stryker Orthopedics, Stryker Orthobiologics, Inc.

Louise M. Krzys

Louise has been with Kinsella Group since its inception in 1988. In addition to serving as project manager on all client engagements, Ms. Krzys directs the Firm's administration, accounting, compliance, IT and marketing activities. With over 30 years of practical business experience, Ms. Krzys is responsible for composition of offering memoranda, financial modeling and financial recasting to support engagements for business sale, capital sourcing and turnaround/restructuring clients. She has particular expertise in the development of detailed financial models to support high-growth situations. She also conducts prospect searches for both buy-side and sell-side engagements. Prior to Kinsella Group, Ms. Krzys was actively engaged with pre-acquisition analysis, due diligence and acquisition integration issues in companies acquired by Mr. Kinsella. Post-acquisition, she held controllership positions, directed numerous enterprise software implementations, and developed and implemented accounting, reporting and various business processes. She gained experience dealing with vendor, creditor, tax authority, and banking issues that required attention and resolution. At Kinsella Group, she has brought this operational expertise to a number of client companies, for which she has consulted on and directed many of these same activities. Ms. Krzys attended the College of DuPage, where she studied accounting.

Norman P. Eckley

Mr. Eckley is a dynamic business leader with nearly 30 years of success driving sales growth in trauma fixation and joint reconstruction devices. As an advisor to Kinsella Group and our clients, Mr. Eckley draws on his experience as the former President of Medartis, Inc. (the U.S. subsidiary of Medartis AG, the Switzerland-based manufacturer of precision fracture fixation devices), and as a senior executive of sales and marketing at several top medical-device businesses. An exceptional analyst, manager and communicator, Mr. Eckley helps growth companies and established corporations develop the talent, networks and structures necessary to maximize market opportunities, sustain growth, and build stronger connections between clinicians and industry. As President of Medartis, and previously as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Eckley led the company from start-up to respected competitor in the crowded, $240-million U.S. radius/hand fracture market. Following the 2006 FDA approval of the Medartis line of specialty extremity products, Mr. Eckley oversaw the company's growth from new entrant to 6 percent market share as of 2014. During this time, he established the company's strategic direction and marketing campaigns, expanded his national team of sales professionals and distributor sales representatives, worked with the board of directors to evaluate new market opportunities and realize P&L/ROI goals, communicated directly with key clinical and industry opinion leaders, and helped land a number of key accounts. As a result of his leadership, Medartis achieved average annual sales growth of 40% year over year. Prior to joining Medartis, Mr. Eckley served for more than 20 years as senior sales manager for Stryker Orthopaedics and for two companies acquired by Stryker, Howmedica, Inc., and Professional Orthopedics. He created, trained and led a team of 30 account managers driving sales of trauma and joint reconstruction devices at acute care facilities across the northeastern United States. He also was responsible for managing inventory/account logistics, provided on-site sales/clinical support, and mentored personnel to ensure exceptional product knowledge and sales productivity. He regularly received Awards of Excellence for his record of success building and expanding the companies' sales to major hospitals and health systems. Prior to this, he served as a hospital and physician representative for SmithKline Clinical Laboratories Mr. Eckley serves on the Corporate Advisory Council of the American Society of Surgery of the Hand and on the Exhibitors Advisory Council of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is active in issues related to medical device taxation and market research, and serves as an advisor to the organizations' scholarship and fellowship programs.

Robert J. Kinsella
