Joelie joined the Marker Team as VP of Finance early 2021 bringing over 12 years of senior level finance experience. She is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial functions for the company. Key responsibilities include financial & treasury systems, accounting, external relationships with accounting, legal, bonding, and financial institutions, as well as human resources.
Prior to Marker, Joelie lead all finances for Gulf Building, Forney Construction FL, and was VP of Finance for startup Odyssey Southeast. Joelie has specialized in finance and accounting since 2002.
Joelie has ten years of project management experience at two Fortune 100 high tech companies BMC Software and Citrix Systems bringing strong IT experience to manage and integrate accounting software. She has extensive experience with CMIC, Timberline, Sage, and Quick Books. She graduated from C.T. Bauer College of Business at University of Houston with a degree in business administration.
When not working she enjoys boating and fishing with her husband and three boys.

The Marker Group is pleased to anounce the promotion of Louise Bodozian to Vice President of Finance. Louise is a licesned C.P.A. with a Masters of Finance from Florida Atlantic University. Louise has been employed by The Marker Group for the past 8 years.
Louise joined Marker Construction in 2006. She graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Northeastern University. Louise brings vast accounting experience to Marker Construction. With over 15 years of construction accounting experience, she is well-versed in the budgeting and billing processes involved in keeping our clients well informed and on schedule. Louise is responsible for overseeing accounting/finance, risk management, support services and human resources.

Samantha Vincenty has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry overseeing all phases of multi-million-dollar construction projects. These projects include healthcare, higher education, hotels, restaurants, high-end residential and retail projects for both public and private sector clients.
Samantha began her career as a Project Engineer and worked her way through the ranks as both a field superintendent and senior project manager. She has a broad range of experience in estimating, scheduling, field coordination, lean construction and collaboration with design teams.
In her role as Vice President, Samantha fosters an environment of teamwork and has a solution orientated attitude that ensures strategies are clearly defined while overseeing performance, quality and maintaining morale. Samantha has a broad background in construction contract scenarios, including design-build, IFOA, CM at Risk, GMP, and hard bid. Her strong communication and client service skills enhance Marker Construction's process-driven management philosophy.
Samantha is a LEED Accredited Professional and carries degrees in Communications, Construction Management as well as an MBA.
