Camie Jordan

Camie's love for the outdoors and design brought her to Utah where she graduated from Dixie State University with a degree in Computer Information Technology with a Visual Emphasis. Being a Las Vegas native, the city life called her back after graduating to continue her passion for graphic design at SK+G Advertising where she was able to work with numerous international clients. She also gained her 5 minutes of fame here while being featured on AMC's reality show, "The Pitch" where she helped the agency secure a new client. Make awesome stuff. Camie is a forward-thinking, driven individual with equally strong creative & technical skills. With over 13 years of experience, she has collaborated with some great talent and worked with a variety of clients which include MGM Resorts International, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, Galaxy Macau and Baha Mar in the Bahamas as well the non-profit account, Keep Memory Alive. She likes to stretch her creative through various types of calligraphy, wedding stationery and collateral. In her free time, you can catch her two-stepping to her favorite country music, cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights and having fun with her family. Go Knights Go!

George Davey - CFO

Janine Marshall

Janine brings a wealth of account management experience to Robertson + Partners from working in the advertising industry for over the past ten years. After graduating from Chaminade University of Honolulu with a degree in Marketing Communications, she honed her management skills working on accounts for Hawaiian Airlines, Prince Resorts Hawaii, Bank of America, Idaho Stampede Basketball and the American Heart Association. Since moving to Las Vegas in 2011 she has worked with a variety of clients which include MGM Resorts International, Stratosphere Las Vegas, Scientific Games, The Mob Museum, Somerpointe Resorts, Royal Caribbean as well as non-profit accounts The Children's Free Clinic of Southern Nevada, After-School All-Stars and Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada. As a result of her work as a classroom volunteer and marketing committee member for Junior Achievement she has been honored as a Nevada Woman of Achievement.

Jeremy Thompson - President

Jeremy leads a talented team at Robertson Partners. Ensuring that strategy is driven by data and consumer insights is the skill that helped him grab Adweek's Media Plan of the Year honors for Wynn Resorts, a Silver Effie Award for the Southern Nevada Water Authority's water conservation campaign, and a fistful of ADDY awards for his collaboration on the Altoids brand. In the digital space, his clients have been recognized with Travel Weekly's Gold Magellan, Web Marketing Association's Outstanding Social Media Campaign, OMMA awards, and more. He moved to Las Vegas from Starcom Worldwide, Chicago, where his refreshing approach to media placement for Altoids Cinnamon in The New Yorker magazine won a Gold ADDY award. His billboard campaign for Altoids Strips scored Media Plan of the Year honors from the Outdoor Advertising Association of America and when budget cuts threatened the Velveeta account, he applied his smart money approach against a cable strategy that spiked sales over the prior year despite a much smaller media buy. Jeremy holds a master's degree in Public Affairs & Issue Management from Purdue University. When he's not reading news and trends, you'll most likely find him riding a motorcycle, camping, or doing both.

Loralee Lago - CHRO

As a native Las Vegan, Loralee has seen many changes in our fair city throughout the years - in traffic, population, entertainment, and most importantly, advertising. Loralee has been an employee of Robertson + Partners for the past 25+ years. She enjoys the thrill of a newly completed campaign and seeing it in the wild on television, radio, and other media placements. She also loves interacting with all our clients and vendors, and knows them all on a first name basis. She wears various hats of Controller, HR Director, Office Manager, and Reception. She challenges herself by pursuing various creative channels outside of work including: writing and publishing her own children's books, creating inspirational music, and studying the art of voice over acting. Loralee is a woman of varied and diverse talents. Her desire is to be a positive force for Las Vegas, and being an active part of the Robertson + Partners team helps fulfill that goal.

Louise Robertson

A transplant from the United Kingdom, Louise graduated from Le Rocquier College in Jersey, UK in 1990 and spent 5 years working as a Branch Manager for National Westminster Bank. After later marrying her husband and business partner, Scott Robertson, Louise settled down in Las Vegas and worked for 4 years as a Cage Manager for Wynn Resorts before embracing her true calling as an artist and moving on to study Graphic Design and Web Development at UNLV and CSN. Louise began her design career at Las Vegas-based advertising agency American Media Corporation before finally caving in and joining her husband at competitor R+W advertising. Louise has been designing and developing websites for over 10 years and she has experienced the many changing platforms of the interactive world. Her biggest challenge is keeping up with the latest demands and ever-changing formulas needed to keep websites modern and fresh by using only the latest scripts and design. Louise started out in print production and then progressed into print design & art direction and then eventually website design and development. She has a combined total experience of over 12 years in the advertising world. Louise has had the fortunate experience to work on St. Rose Domincan Hospitals and St. Josephs, Hot Springs, AK accounts at American Media Corporation from 2002 - 2008. "I love being a creative because I get to bring my everyday daydreams to life, in very strategic and impactful ways."

Michael Dunn

A native Las Vegan, Michael began his 20-year career in graphic design creating floor plans from blueprints which lead to designing logos and writing press releases for new home communities. This blend of technical precision and creativity (not to mention a variety of skills) has become his trademark. Over the years, Michael has created numerous award-winning campaigns and collateral and has, when the opportunity arose, stepped in as broadcast producer, copywriter and interactive designer. Always looking for creative outlets, Michael volunteered to design materials for the 2003 and 2004 AIGA Work Shows, including submission forms, invitations, event graphics and souvenir books. In 2007, Michael fulfilled a lifelong dream of directing; his first short film premiered at CineVegas. He's also written and designed two novels. After a few years in the corporate world as Creative Director at MGM Resorts International, Michael joined Robertson+Partners as Art Director, which has provided him the opportunity not only to design again but expand his skills by editing and creating motion graphics for several TV spots. He's even had the chance to get back behind the camera again.

Pam Payne

Pam Payne graduated Cum Laude from Dowling College in New York, launching her 20-year career coast to coast acquiring an impressive skillset along the way. She spent nearly five years working her way up the ranks at national powerhouse media firm Carat USA on Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Prior to her career residency at Robertson+Partners, Pam was Media & Digital Activation Director at R&R Partners, where she led the team on notable accounts including the Utah Transit Authority, Utah Highway Safety, Utah DABC, MGM Resorts International, Intermountain Healthcare and Questar. Pam's expertise includes strategic media planning and buying across all media and in multiple markets, negotiating added value, research and analysis and has earned respect within the media community. Building on the fundamentals of negotiating great deals and seamless execution, she keeps her skills sharp and current leading CPC, display, video and rich media units. Her ability to work across disciplines allows her clients to benefit from emerging best practices including A/B testing, programmatic and behavioral, paid social and more. Of course a great plan requires great tools to measure, analyze, report and optimize on today's complex media landscape where Key Performance Indicators, Conversions and Clickthrough Rates are every bit as important as getting the best rate in broadcast TV.

Pam Sheftall

Originally from Wisconsin, Pam has been a staple of the Las Vegas advertising scene since 1992. She is an experienced multi-discipline designer with a demonstrated history in a wide variety of industries including gaming, hospitality, performing arts, healthcare, non-profit, educational institutions, sports marketing, and a nationwide water store franchise. If there is a need, Pam has seen it in her 30 years in the industry. She is accustomed to exploring a non-traditional approach to problem-solving and creative thinking, pivoting on a dime to fulfill ever-changing demands. Known as the MacGyver of advertising, her highly versatile skill set includes art direction, design, production work, print production management, project coordination, and copywriting. Her strengths lie in traditionally produced collateral, direct mail, print advertising, digital media, video editing, copywriting, integrated marketing, and marketing strategies. When she is not saving the world, Pam is a voracious Stephen King fan and enjoys glassblowing, watercolor, cooking, true crime, and beachcombing.

Paul Fitzgerald

Paul Fitzgerald is a seasoned business executive with nearly 30 years experience in both the telecommunications and advertising industries. Fitzgerald began his career in Boston, MA, serving as Northeast Regional Marketing Manager for Warner Amex Cable. Fitzgerald was promoted to National Division Sales and Marketing Director at Time-Warner in Columbus, OH, where he was responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans for over 30 properties, covering 15 states. In 1992, Fitzgerald moved back to the East Coast, where he worked as Area Marketing Director for Comcast Communications, overseeing the marketing initiatives of the company's key Eastern Division, including the city of Philadelphia. In the late 1990's, Fitzgerald made the jump to the agency side, serving as a senior executive for advertising agencies in New York City and Philadelphia, with responsibilities including business development, strategic consulting, account planning, creative development and account management. In 2005, Fitzgerald joined R+W Advertising, partnering with Scott Robertson and managing the agency's East Coast accounts. Fitzgerald's A-list telecommunication clients have included Comcast, Time-Warner, Cox Communications, SES Satellite, RCN, AT&T Broadband, WOW!, HBO, Showtime, Cablevision, Continental, MediaOne, VOOM HDTV and the Madison Square Garden Network. While not on the phone, traveling, in front of his computer or in client meetings, Fitzgerald spends time with his wife and two sons, coaching baseball, officiating swim meets and sneaking away for early morning runs on the ski slopes. Fitzgerald is also an accomplished jazz guitarist, with a collection of 25 vintage and custom guitars, a home recording studio, and a Bachelors Degree in Music Education from the prestigious Berklee College of Music.

Scott Robertson - CEO

Scott Robertson is an award-winning writer, director, photographer and producer who began his advertising career in 1994 with DRGM Advertising, and a year later joined Merica Dickerson. After rising through the ranks from Traffic Manager to Copywriter to Associate Creative Director to Creative Director, Robertson eventually purchased the agency outright to form R+W Advertising. Robertson is responsible for brand campaign development for several leading Las Vegas brands as well as a national brands including Comcast, the world's largest entertainment, cable, Internet, telephone and wireless provider; Summerlin, America's best-selling master-planned community; McDonald's, one of the world's most renowned brands, Range Rover New Zealand, as well as the Regional Flood Control District, the entity tasked with protecting life and property in Clark County by bringing awareness regarding the dangers of flash flooding to the residents of Clark County. He is a graduate of the prestigious Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Leadership Las Vegas program. Scott is the son of a retired U.S. Army Brigadier General and was raised in 9 states and 3 continents. This experience gave him a broad worldview and very unique insights into the differences and commonalities in the way people think and behave. Prior to his career in advertising, Robertson lived and traveled extensively throughout Europe, North Africa, the South Pacific and the Far East. His diverse and colorful occupations during that time included Bartender in Dublin, Ireland, Teacher of English as a Second Language in Taipei, Taiwan; game designer and freelance writer in Honolulu, Hawaii, comedy club emcee at the world famous Improv, stand-in for Quentin Tarantino; and film production assistant in San Francisco, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. A Communications graduate of the University of Maryland, Munich Campus (now in Augsburg, Germany), Robertson was a dean's list student and member of the National Honors Fraternity Phi Beta Kappa, and an editor of Munich Campus Observer, the University's newspaper. Robertson has received numerous local, regional and national awards for his creative work, including the cable industry's top honors, The Mark Award for best new product launch for the introduction of Digital Cable, and the coveted Golden Palm Award. For three straight years, he took home the coveted Best of Show award at the Las Vegas Advertising Federation's Addy Awards. He has received 100s of Addy and AIGA Awards (American Institute of Graphic Arts). Twice he has received the coveted Telly Award for his commercial directing efforts. He was also awarded the first National Gold Addy ever given to a Las Vegas agency. In 2002, he was named Advertising Agency Manager of the Year by the local communications organization, Working in Communications. His creative work has been published in Adweek magazine, the industry's number one trade publication. In addition, his work has been recognized by and printed in Luerzer's International Archive (the world's best ads) and he recently won a spot in the most prestigious juried photo competition in the world and his work was printed in the 2010 Communications Arts Photo Journal. His work has been featured on Adsoftheworld.com, a Media Bistro website. Most recently has won several creative briefs for Specialized bicycles and Harley-Davidson motorcycles through the world's first ad agency based on crowdsourcing principles, Victor's & Spoils.

Tom Madrid

Tom has a track record of expertly supporting small and large businesses alike, across the scientific, defense, entertainment and online sectors. With more than a dozen years of senior-level experience in digital marketing development and design, his client roster includes Life is Beautiful Music Festival, Eureka, Western Digital, LVCVA, and Allegiant Airlines to name a few. Tom is also a master of video production, post-production and motion design. He specializes in LAMP Stack-based development (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), including front-end design and development in JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and the popular WordPress CMS. He also specializes in branding and identity design, video production and editing with Final Cut Pro, 2-D and 3-D animation, compositing, photography, color grading, and four-color process print production and design. Tom arrived at Robertson+Partners from R&R Partners, in Las Vegas, NV, where he served as the lead managing developer for the Las Vegas office. In that role, he managed a team of 4 developers that produced more than 50 client websites, landing pages, and other digital properties including large-scale sites for the Life is Beautiful Music Festival, Kneaders Bakery and local independent news outlet, "The Nevada Independent." Before that, he was at Breault Research Organization, Inc., in Tucson, AZ, where he served as the ad hoc in-house interactive designer and developer, video producer, photography and art director, editor, post-production designer, motion graphic artist, sound designer/engineer and marketing materials manager. When he's not developing or designing, Tom enjoys hockey, cooking (but don't call him a "foodie"), is a music fanatic (and classically trained musician) and vinyl record collector.
