Arthur Biggs

Arthur has over 50 years of experience in sales and has been working at ICO since 2016. In 1995 he decided it was time for a new adventure - Arthur sold his firm and emigrated to Canada with his wife and 6 children. He fell in love with the Prairie and its living skies, a great match for his love of nature.

Brian Smith

Job Titles:

Brian has over 28 years of industry experience, beginning his career in showrooms, moving to manufacturing, distribution and currently as an independent representative, his position for over 14 years. As part of the Diablo Group, Brian represents ICO in Northern California/Reno Nevada area to the showroom community as well as to A&D firms. In his spare time he enjoys golfing and travelling with his wife and 4 children.

Daniel Stutterheim

Job Titles:
  • Account Manager
Daniel has a keen design eye, with six years of experience in the fashion industry managing large projects for many European brands. He's made the big jump across the pond to Canada straight into the world of washrooms! He'll be working closely with our valued clients, delivering expertise and design excellence along the way.

Fernando Campos

Fernando has over 28 years of industry experience, beginning his career in showrooms, moving to manufacturing, distribution and currently as an independent representative, his position for over 14 years. As part of the Diablo Group, Fernando represents ICO in Northern California/Reno Nevada area to the showroom community as well as to A&D firms. Fernando served in the Navy and enjoys his spare time with his wife and son. He is also an avid movie and sports fan.

Glenn Stutterheim

Glenn has recently moved to Canada and can't get enough of the Saskatchewan skies! His talents lie in production and operations management, so he's keen to get down to work at ICO and make some valuable advancements to our service. Glenn is passionate about getting hands on and coming up with creative solutions - we can't wait to start our journey together!

Ian Cockburn

Job Titles:
  • Finance Manager
Ian started his career back in the UK in 1985 selling products to the garden and leisure industry - the business continued to grow and take on staff, offices and warehouse. He visited North America for the first time in 2002 and was intrigued by the lack of European-style bathroom products and towel warmers, especially considering the cold winters. In 2004 he made the decision to emigrate to Canada with his wife and 4 children and start ICO. Today ICO is still a family focused company, with 3 of his children working in the business. With his family's help ICO has grown from a small company to one of the leading towel warmer suppliers in North America.

Karen Sinclair

  • Senior Account Manager / US Sales Manager
Karen began her career as an Estimator and through hard work and dedication she worked her way up to National Sales Manager. She also brings over 13 years of experience in architectural and distribution sales for a manufacturer of commercial and institutional washroom equipment. In her spare time, Karen is a foodie who loves cooking for her husband and 2 children, but also enjoys eating out and trying new foods! In the summer you'll catch her enjoying the sun and when winter rolls around, she like to escape to warmer weather.

Katie Shuparski

Katie joined ICO in early 2020 and brings with her an enthusiasm to always learn and improve. She has a strong background in customer service and is excited to share her skills with the ICO team and our partners. In her personal life, she is a self-titled foodie who enjoys exploring Saskatchewan's food scene. She is a true animal lover and currently shares her home with 3 cats, a chinchilla, a hamster, and 3 fish!

Lee Cockburn

Lee's career at ICO began in 2017 as soon as he finished school. With a keen eye for design, Lee keeps our products fresh and is always on the hunt for the next great style and trend. He also keeps the ICO operations running smoothly with his love of LEAN principles. What many people don't know about Lee is that he is an animal lover and has owned over 40 animals over the years, including piranhas and goats!

Ralph Cockburn

Ralph has been part of the ICO team since the beginning in 2004, starting in the warehouse as a part time holiday worker and now heading up the sales and marketing team. Over the past years, he has been in many roles and has an excellent understanding of all aspects of the company. Ralph welcomed his first child in early 2019 and enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and son.

Susan Littlebrook

Susan Littlebrook has worked in the Kitchen and Bath industry since 2001. She began in the industry as a District Sales Manager for a leading So Cal manufacturer of kitchen and bath, fixtures and accessories. She eventually moved on to become a manufacturers representative representing some of the most prestigious manufacturers in our industry. She has worked with agencies on the West Coast covering So Cal and the Hawaii territory, and the East Coast covering VA, Outer Banks, WV and parts of MD. Susan has maintained relationships with her customer base for over 19 years and enjoys working directly with her customers to support their growth. She enjoys specifying and supporting the A&D community and Mechanicals on projects of any size, including hospitality. Susan is a proud mother of two sons, Logan and Gavin and spends most of her time cheering them on and supporting them through their school and sports activities. She loves to cook everything from Italian, Classic American, Medterrian, Mexican to elaborate Tavern on the Green recipes. In her down time she enjoys reading, embroidery, cross-stitch, rom-coms and spending time with her sons at the beach, movies, mountains, or anywhere they get to be together.

Ted Hopkins

Ted began his ICO career in 2016 and has fallen in love with the bathroom design industry. As our key CosyFloor Consultant Ted is an expert in all things CosyFloor - if you have a product question, Ted is your guy! He is always improving his skills with online courses, podcasts and interesting readings that he shares with the team. Ted has a keen interest in old vehicles and often trades, buys and sells his vehicle keeping our parking lot fresh.

Thomas Osicka

Thomas is a career sales and marketing professional with a background that spans several industries. He is a dedicated client service specialist who is keen to help you with your design needs. In his spare time, he loves grabbing his snowboard and hitting the slopes. A little known fact about Thomas is that he has been DJing since he was just 15 years old, and you can still catch him spinning old 45's of soul, RnB and anything else that tickles his fancy.
