She has worked both in-house at a leading independent London law firm and for a specialist professional services PR agency. Her previous clients have included City law firms, regional solicitors, accountancy firms and barristers' chambers.
Cara particularly enjoys creating content and the challenge of turning technical information into user-friendly, easily digestible material. She also has experience advising on strategy, internal communications, event management, awards & directory submissions, social media and effective use of marketing materials.

Fiona has over 15 years experience in Marketing and has worked across sectors including financial services, retail and loyalty during that time. Fiona specialises in developing simple, actionable marketing strategies and plans as well as delivering seamless campaigns across marketing functions including PR, social media, email marketing and more.
Fiona is passionate about cost-effective, data-driven marketing to develop brand loyalty and enjoys implementing this for her clients. Her ability to think strategically whilst being hands-on and creative allows her to obtain tangible results for her clients.

Hannah has over 16 years of experience working in marketing and business development within the professional services industry.
She has previously worked in-house at a full-service high-street law firm in Hampshire, a growing firm of IFAs in Berkshire and London and within a marketing department at a national accountancy practice.
Working in the professional services sector, Hannah enjoys the variety of both traditional marketing practices as well as the digital marketing world (and seeing how the two together can produce exciting and tangible results for businesses).
She has a passion for writing blogs for the professional services industry, organising events and a keen interest in training and business development.

Having worked in professional services for over 20 years, Lara has a real insight into the challenges faced by the sector, and how to overcome these using a mix of sales and marketing tools.
Lara's areas of expertise include marketing strategy, communication plans, business development, sales training, and mentoring.
Lara has an innate confidence that enables her to get in front of the right people and create new business opportunities.
Lara is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chartered Marketer; she is an experienced sales professional who is inspired by helping companies achieve their business goals.
When not at her desk you will often find Lara networking with clients and business contacts across the South East. Networking is one of Lara's favourite business activities, along with having strategy meetings!

Louise is a marketing communications specialist who helps professional service firms produce insightful client communications across a number of platforms, developing their profile and supporting new business opportunities.
Will started his career at Consortium as an Apprentice and graduated in May 2023. Now he works with all members of the team, helping them with any jobs necessary as a Marketing Assistant.
Having left college with an A* in Criminology, a C in business studies, and a D in PE, he is looking to use his knowledge in business studies and his interest in marketing to help Consortium, and develop his skills.
Will has a big passion for music. He loves listening to his favourite artists and attending live gigs. He is also very interested in sport, an extremely keen badminton player, and loves watching football.
William (Will 2, Will M, Morgan) is Consortium's third current apprentice. He supports the team however he can and specialises in visual and written content.
Will previously worked in content creation, social media and videography. Will studied music and film in school and loves to be creative.
He loves music, watching movies and drinking lots of tea.
