Dilip Jha Kumar

Dilip Jha Kumar (D.K.) joined PCG as a Country Manager for in India in May of 2011. Before joining PCG, D.K. worked at Balani Infotech where he sold electronic resources for scholarly publishers and managed a team of representatives in North India. As a Country Manager for India, D.K. participates in and represents PCG at a number of conferences while maintaining relationships with librarians and expanding business for publishers in the Indian market. D.K. holds a Bachelors in Science with Honors in Chemistry, as well as a Masters in Business Administration.

Heather Lantz

Heather has direct line management responsibility for the North American Team and sales strategies, industry knowledge, and marketing initiatives that support PCG and Ingenta. She has her master's degree in Communication and New Media from Spring Arbor University and her bachelor's in business administration from William Tyndale College. She has been a part of the PCG team since 2016 and began her career here as a sales executive for the corporate market. Heather has over 16+ years within the Educational Sales market with experience selling eBooks, databases, and journal subscriptions within the K12, Public, Corporate, and Academic markets.

Jane Potee

Jane is a former Medical Library Director and Information Specialist, with over 30+ years of industry experience in libraries and publishing. She holds a hybrid role at Ingenta where she assists the Ingenta Sales and Marketing team as a lead generator, campaign creator, and researcher for new business development. Jane also contributes by qualifying prospective customers and coordinating follow up steps with the Director of Strategic Partnerships. Jane is involved in her local community and currently serves on the Community Advisory Panel (CAP) for the Detroit affiliate of PBS. She is a long-standing member of the Special Libraries Association, serving as the SLA Michigan Chapter president in 2017. She holds both Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from Ball State University.

Joao Marcos Abreu

Jon Sheffield - CFO, Secretary

As Chief Financial Officer, Jon is responsible for the financial well-being and stability of the organisation, as well as communicating with the investor community. Jon leads the Enterprise Services division of Ingenta with responsibility for HR, Facilities and Technology Infrastructure. Prior to his appointment as CFO, as Group Financial Controller, Jon managed the Ingenta Finance function, including all aspects of compliance, forecasting and reporting. An ACA qualified accountant, Jon spent the early part of his career in practice, latterly at PWC, managing audits and compliance over a broad range of companies and market sectors. Prior to joining Ingenta, he held similar finance roles in the IT and Retail industry. Jon qualified as a chartered accountant in 2001 before joining Ingenta in 2010.

Kate Vincent

Kate Vincent is currently representing SAE International to all government libraries in the US. Her specific focus, now, is working with Federal Libraries. Before joining PCG, she worked at Gale and has extensive experience working with Academic and Federal Libraries as well as Public Libraries. Initially when she joined PCG, Kate was selling usage statistics software in North America for RedLink. She discovered that working with Consortium and buying groups was the best and most successful approach. Agreements with many major US Academic consortia and buying groups were established. Also, Kate has had several years of sales experience with Integrated Library Systems, such as Notis and SIRSI. This expansive experience allows her to understand what a library needs in order to make purchases.

Mark Rowse

Mark Rowse is a media and publishing entrepreneur who specialises in creating and developing businesses where content meets the internet, particularly in the areas of digital publishing and online television. After graduation from Cambridge University with a first class honours degree in Law, Mark worked at investment bank NM Rothschild in mergers and acquisitions. Following this he entered the media industry and since the mid 1990's Mark has principally worked in the areas of the internet and digital television, pioneering digital interactive TV on airlines, co-founding Yes TV, now one of the major operators of on-demand TV in Asia, and launching Luxury Life, an international digital satellite TV channel. In 1998 he founded Ingenta plc, taking the company to a £120m flotation in 2000 and is now a non-executive director of Ingenta as a result of the merger of Ingenta and VISTA International in 2007.

Martyn Rose - Chairman

Martyn Rose is an entrepreneur specialising in refinancing and restructuring smaller companies and Chairman and a non-executive director of Ingenta. Martyn has helped steer the company toward its continued growth, stability and success since 1999 before the merger of Ingenta and VISTA International to become Ingenta in 2007. Martyn is also a qualified barrister and became Chairman of his first publicly listed company at the age of 34. Since that time, he has been Chairman of over twenty five public and private companies with a present involvement in publishing software, online academic research, financial services, manufacturing, recruitment and commercial radio. In addition to his other commercial interests, Martyn has been a trustee of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust since 2000, a school governor and co-chaired the National Citizen Service.

He has worked across several different industries, including educational publishing, manufacturing and financial services, and has held roles at Pearson Education, Amplify Learning, McGraw-Hill and the Fireman's Fund insurance company. Scott Winner, CEO of Ingenta, has driven increased profits, new structure, and new markets for the company's content services for academic and trade publishers and other information providers. A practical innovator with deep technical knowledge, he remains focused on providing near-term value in pursuit of a larger vision. Scott has been driving technology solutions in publishing since 2004. He holds both a BSCS and an MBA.

Sebastian White
