Alessia is an analyst at DCCC. She is responsible for assisting with M&A operations, and providing support in various activities including shareholder reporting, data collection & analysis, financial and business analysis of the industry and portfolio company projects.

Andy is the Graphic Designer and Production Specialist. He is responsible for creative development and print production across the portfolio brands.
Prior to joining DCCC, Andy worked for Arrivals+Departures Advertising as an award-winning Production Artist and Graphic Designer. During his five year tenure he was responsible for print production and brand development for a vast array of clients. Glen Tennison is the former CFO of Pethealth Inc. from its creation in 1998 to its sale to Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited in 2014. He led Pethealth's many acquisitions including that of Nestlé Purina's pet insurance business, PurinaCare; the acquisition of Domestic and General Group Limited's U.K. pet insurance provider, Pet Protect Ltd.; and the acquisition of VetMedsDirect.co.uk, an online retailer of pet specialty products. He holds a B. Comm (Hon) from McMaster University and a CPA, CA designation which he earned while working for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He and his wife Alaina have three children and a dog named Teddy. In addition to sitting on the boards of DCCC portfolio companies, he is a board member of the Darling Home for Kids, a hospice and palliative care facility for medically fragile children.
Jennifer is a veteran CPG marketer who leads the marketing team to strategically create increased category and brand demand, with the aim of driving significant value growth for Dane Creek Capital Corp.
While working with global leaders such as Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg's and Hershey's, Jennifer honed her strategic marketing and business skills including brand positioning, advertising and new product development to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability. She also worked for J.M. Smucker launching the company's first premium dog food & treats line into Canada.
Outside of work, Jennifer is a competitive equestrian and enjoys riding with her daughter. She and her husband also spend much time keeping up with their very active dogs, Karma Luna!

Prior to joining Dane Creek Capital Corp., John worked at a locally owned print shop in Halifax, Nova Scotia where he ran the day-to-day operations. He was responsible for managing communications with clients, designing and producing print orders, and installing signage.

Kayla is the Director of Human Resources at Dane Creek Capital Corp. Her main focuses are on employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, implementing policies and procedures, and providing support for all human resources related matters for DCCC and the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining DCCC, Kayla worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Bennett Jones LLP, one of Canada's top tier law firms, in Edmonton, Alberta. Kayla also has an extensive knowledge of new hire training, safety and OH&S management, and trade relations in the Oil & Gas industry having worked as a Human Resources Coordinator and Trainer at Syncrude Canada Ltd. in Fort McMurray.
On a more personal note, Kayla spends most of her spare time exploring everything Alberta has to offer with her husband and their 140lbs Bernese Mountain Dog, Gus. After 13 years of living in the West, Kayla and her family are making plans to move back to Halifax, Nova Scotia soon.

Natalie is a Pet Industry obsessed, retail brand maven and raw feeding coach. She started in the Pet Industry over 20 years ago, working in Veterinary Medicine in various capacities for several different clinics, both small and large animal. After a foray into human healthcare, Natalie took the position of Operations Manager in Raw-focused Pet Specialty Retail, and was specifically and successfully responsible for building sales in the Raw, Raw Complementary and Supplements Categories, as well as Customer Relations and Consumer Education.
A personal interest in human fitness and nutrition has naturally carried over into Natalie's work life and love of animals. Questioning the validity of using highly processed diets to maintain vitality and longevity in companion animals is an obvious and ongoing query for Natalie and remains a lifetime commitment. "My work isn't what I do - It's who I am."
Natalie shares her life with cats, dogs and horses, as well as a truly delightful teenage daughter.
Patrick is an analyst at DCCC. He is responsible for building reporting and analytics to support operation activities, modify and integrate database systems and operate database management tools to analyze data, document data per requirements and assist with M&A operations.
Prior to joining DCCC, Patrick held multiple internships and research positions in the Chemical and Petroleum sector, where he worked on nanoparticle stabilization research, data aggregation and analytics, and numerical modelling.
