DECADE ONE

Our mission is to help equine practitioners thrive and lead full, satisfying lives... We've found that Decade One members thrive most fully from both educational content AND safe, vulnerable connections with peers who understand and share their challenges. Groups of 20-25 members are formed from veterinarians seeking networking opportunities with peers, interested in helping each other succeed, and wishing to learn more about the business aspects of practice. Members are equine veterinarians in their first decade or so of practice or first decade of practice ownership... Our practitioner groups provide education in business topics important for professional career development to equine practitioners in their first ten years of practice, or first ten years of practice ownership and offer an opportunity to form a network of their peers for ongoing support.
