Chris was born in New Zealand and trained in Horticulture. He worked for several years in the Department of Primary Industries in Papua New Guinea and following a course in Environmental Science was involved in a community market garden in the Northern Territory.

Greg Thiedecke - CEO

Greg is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, and a Chartered Manager with chartered management. He will draw on his experience, and a Master's Degree in Health Service Management, to deliver on the organisation's Business Goals and Strategic Plan. Greg is all about the best possible care for the participant and will ensure that the NDIA Quality and Safeguard requirements are met.

Kellie Jarvis

Kellie is responsible for the delivery of professional NDIS organizations in the organization. She is the first contact for new clients and implementing their NDIS services with Disability Matters. She prepares service agreements and schedules of support in consultation with clients.

Kirsty Veron

Kirsty was an arts manager and administrator for more than 40 years, in a range of capacities and across several artforms, in Townsville, Darwin and Brisbane. In early years, she also taught music and performed as an actor and musician. She worked for two years as manager of BoardConnect, a program that provided governance advice to not-for-profit organisations and she spent seven years on the Board of Flying Arts Alliance. She is a peer assessor for Arts Queensland. Kirsty has a Master of Creative Arts (JCU), a Bachelor of Arts (UNE) and an Associate Diploma of Performing Arts (JCU). In 1996, she was awarded a Townsville City Council Arts, Culture and Entertainment Award for "Outstanding Service to Arts & Culture".
