Our team recently developed University Gateway, a ±440,000 square foot, mixed-use project directly across from UNLV at the northeast corner of Maryland Parkway and Dorothy Avenue in Central Las Vegas. The development includes an eight-story building, a parking garage and police headquarters for UNLV. The building includes first floor retail, UNLV administrative offices on the second and third floors, luxury studio apartments on the fourth through seventh floors and a rooftop pool deck with spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip. In 2020, the project received the NAIOP Spotlight Award for Mixed Use Development.
