Grant is an entrepreneur at heart and has served as an executive, board member and advisor. He co-founded Rant Inc, a media company with 12 owned and operated web properties, in 2010. He raised over $7M in funding and led Rant to over $17 million in annual revenue before selling the company in July 2016.

Mary got her MBA from Pepperdine in 2014. She is a problem solver, through years of experience in various Business Analysts and Consulting roles, she sharpened this skill and developed her analytical mind. She is passionate about business strategy and process efficiency. Mary is also a former basketball player. Her passion for any projects she takes on and her energy are contagious. She loves challenges and is eager to help organizations and individuals accelerate growth.
