Partly because, in rugby, when a ball goes in touch it is a chance to stop and realign, it is both an attacking and defensive option. But also because in order to perform we have to be, on many levels, in touch with a number of crucial components; our goals and objectives, our roles and expectations, the needs of others, our various relationships and, most importantly, in touch with ourselves.
