Christopher has worked in residential property development for almost 25 years. He brings to Intro Crowd his experience as Managing Director of Merriman Property Limited, which specialises in property development and consultancy services. Christopher served in the British army before leaving to pursue a career as a commercial property agent in London's West End. The opportunity arose for him to move into residential property where he focused on land remediation and development. Christopher's strengths lie in finding, appraising and securing freehold land opportunities with short to medium term residential redevelopment potential. His experience of dealing with local planning authorities brings strength to the success of Merriman Property as well as for Intro Crowd, having been involved in 40 successful applications that have resulted in the creation of 3,000 homes. Christopher, over 25 years, has built an extensive contact base of investors, funders, developers and house builders. Merriman Property is able to draw on this network to assist their clients in making deals happen. Christopher is RICS qualified.
