MIMI BAKES THINGS

I can't say that baking was in my blood since I was a young little girl, as I started when I was about 15-16 years old. I experimented here and there- some times I got lucky with a perfect cheesecake (the bain marie!), and other times, a rock hard brownie (overmixing the batter by using a dough hook on a mixer)...
But I have always enjoyed trying to make something and sharing it with everyone- from my family to my classmates to my friends. With that special extra love (and top secret: cutting a little of the sugar out of the recipes), the cookies and cakes had transformed into something more magical than I can ever imagine- the eager eyes of my family when it is dessert time to the excitement from my coworkers when they see me carry a bag of goodies into the office.
